Celtics don't own a #1, but their sure is a lot of trade rumors involving the Green. Everyone from Rondo, Perkins, and Allan are mentioned in the rumors. You never know with Danny. If it doesn't happen this year it will surely happen next year. It will be an interesting week.

The only rumor out there that’s remotely plausible is the one that has Perkins and Bill Walker going to Memphis for the No. 2. There’s the possibility that with that high pick, the C’s could replace Perkins with Hasheem Thabeet, the 7-foot-3, 265-pound center out of UConn with elite defensive potential.

I wouldn't, Perkins is a very good center. The only concern I have with him is his shoulder.
The trade of the two Allens to Washington looks good (for Jamison, Ethan Thomas, Mike James). Explained on Celtsblog.
