Draft day 2: reset

Any round of a draft that ends with a wellness check on Mel Kiper is a good one.

Is this just a drive by post or has all my pleading finally paid off? It has been WAY too normal here without you

“Willwyatt.” Draft Wyatt Milum. He plays LG. I wonder if Cole Strange can be the best option at center.

Those two would be dogs. Bring back the Leon Gray/John Hannah vibes.

One of the bigs questions is he play of Sidy Sow. Not sure what happened last season, which ended in his being a healthy scratch. Is he going to bounce back?

And experimenting with Layden Robinson, strictly a RG, at LG like the nincompoops did last year is plum an exercise in futility. Like when I asked that very pretty girl to the prom.

I really like Henderson but there are players I prefer to Royals and Oladejo although I wouldn't object to either. I think it's fine as a haul but I'd hope to come out with better today. Just my personal view though.

I'm not even sure I love it myself, it was mostly an experiment to see what would happen if we went RB at 38.

Add an edge rusher to our defense and its a dominant unit imo. Gonzo and davis at corner with an actual pass rush?? Hafta make that happen!

Hopefully higgins is there, im banking on one of the browns picks being a qb and someone finally takes Johnson. That leaves 3 picks to go with hopefully burden being the first wr taken.
I'll say this. White, Barmore, Williams, Tonga, up front. landry, spillane, gibbons and the other rusher we signed from LV names escaped me? That's a fierce unit.

With the extra edge rusher makes us dominant. Gonzo and Davis will have everything outside locked down...U hear it first we will be a dominant interior rushing team this season. Interior rushing is how you disrupt the offense it disrupts the timing of the snap to the QB and the QB can't step up.. on the edge these QBs are so athletic they can just elude edge rushers. You ideally want the interior to be good and marry that up with the edge players.

I like what Panthers have at WR
Xavier Legarret and Tet Mcmillan
2 absolute beasts
Thats how you help your qb

How would you all feel about:

38 - TreVeyon Henderson, RB
69 - Jalen Royals, WR
77 - Femi Oladejo, Edge
106 - Seth McLaughlin, C
144 - Bilhal Kone, CB (Or just for kicks: Kyle McCord, QB. Or for even more kicks: a kicker.)

Here is my wild shot. Won't even use all my ideal guys

38 - Trade down to 43 - SF picks. We get 43 and 113.

43 - Higgins/Harris - WR
69 - Fannin - TE
77 - Cam Skattebo - RB - I love his ability to catch the ball as well as run. Very good Skat back.
106 - Miles Frazier - OG
113 - Best Edge left... Que Robinson i think is interesting.

That is a BRUTUAL take. The Brits are supposed to be diplomatic, and you HAMMERING Sanders. You might want to consider moving to the USA, I bet PatsFans could sponsor you on immigration.
I'm seriously not making fun of you for this, but BRUTUAL is an excellent new word. When two people are mutually brutal to one another.

"Those two fight like cats and dogs. I've never seen such a brutual couple!"

I think Sampson at 69 might be the better option. It allows us to either get our preferred option at WR or an edge rusher with a borderline 1st round grade like Scourton or Ezeiruaku. Or they could wait till round 4 for Brashard Smith or RJ Harvey. The choice at 38 is an important one. Henderson has been one of my favourite choices at 38 though.

Que Robinson is very interesting. In terms of pressures per snap, there's no better pass rusher in this class. He's inexperienced though so will need some development time but the good news is, he's supposedly a very good special teamer so there's no problem with a roster spot.

It's a tough one. I think Henderson would be a great combo of value and impact if he's available at 38, but it makes the rest of the board sketchier.

I never know what to truly think about RBs in a system with such amazing O-line play that they never have to make someone miss until after they're at full speed. He does have measurables. Trusting the tape can be hard though.

TESLAA!! Just kidding he should be Day 3, but since he's my Beankie I wouldn't be mad if Day 2... everyone else would be pissed, tho.

You know the best way to help your QB out? Keep him upright and out of the hospital.
That's how you help your QB out

Responding to him is equal to responding to He Who Must Not Be Named. Just FYI.

Just going by the pre-draft contacts, Vrabel clearly wants to make the team faster at both WR and RB which is why I and others are so interested in him. We can't ignore the fact that's he's outstanding as a pass blocker and doesn't fumble either.
