Dante Fowler, #3 overall draft pick in 2015, is a pretty well known name among the majority of NFL fans.

2016-2017 stats (35 games, including playoffs):
... 58 total tackles .. 14 sacks .. 6 PD .. 2 FF .. 3 FR

Trey Flowers, #101 in that same draft, not so well known.

2016-2017 stats (35 games, including playoffs):
... 135 total tackles .. 17 sacks .. 5 PD .. 2 FF .. 2 FR

Bedard is raving about Flowers right now on Squeaky and the Douche.

I do tune into his segment each week on 98.5, although I realize that admitting this fact might get me...

...shunned.

Wouldn’t surprise me if talks will start to happen after the Super Bowl. Ridiculously underrated in the league, glad to see people are realising he’s a very good talent.

Hopefully wise can follow his footsteps as well.

Flowers is a stud. Since he’s been back from injury he’s basically been playing at an All-Pro level. Once the sacks come along with the QB hits, pressures, etc. he will get national recognition. He’s also just 24 years old.

Couple that with 11 combined sacks this season from Wise/Butler & the pass rush unit’s future looks pretty good.

He's a good player but it is too much to expect the casual fan to really know about him. If he wants that kind of recognition he needs at least 1 double digit sack year... probably more.

He hasn't finished in the top 30 in sacks the past 2 years. Why should the casual fan know him?

Who here knows a lot about guys like Matthew Judon or Preston Smith? Maybe you did but I certainly didn't.

He's played well but lets not over state it. He hasn't played at an all-pro or even pro bowl level. He has been very good though.

He leads the postseason in pressures (combined sacks, hits & hurries). He’s also dominant against the run. What else is needed? I guess a bigger sample size is fair.

Yep! Baltimore & Washington. Pretty solid players.

Trey Flowers is a technician man! Even if you have him blocked, he eventually out leverages you. The only issue with Flowers is getting himself taken to the ground every now and then.

Flowers is ridiculously underrated. He does everything well.

What’s maybe most impressive about him is his ability to rush the passer from NT. He’s a beast!
