I can think of a pretty good CB that was released outright just last week, so I don't see why the same thin couldn't happen to a WR.that reports about releasing him is BS. IF they release a WR like that..then there HAS to be something wrong with him....
I would like to see him here, but there is no way we'll pay that much for him.
What do you think Jackson would command as a free agent? Decker got about 7 million a year.
Manesh Mehta of the Daily News reported this today.
Here's the direct link.
Could NY Jets be in hunt for Eagles WR DeSean Jackson? Source says Philly doesn't want him back* - NY Daily News
Man, is he that much of a distraction ? That they would be willing to cut an 80+ 1300 yard+ receiver, one of the best threats in football as a receiver and returnman. Doesn't make sense unless he's a real cancer.
If he can stay healthy enough to play a game lolChip Kelly thinks Jeremy Maclin could have just as good numbers in his offense.
Honestly close to what he's already making but how much is guaranteed and incentive based would be key. He'll definitely make more than Decker I mean Mike Wallace is making 12 this yearWhat do you think Jackson would command as a free agent? Decker got about 7 million a year.
The writing is on the wall for the Jets to trade for him or sign him based on their cap space and the Michael Vick connection. I don't see how Carolina or San Francisco could afford him.2014: $10.5 million
2015-2016: $9.75 million
2017: Free Agent

Amounts vary, naturally, but anyone calling someone an idiot for keeping cash on hand instead of elsewhere is someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Perhaps a look at what happened in Greece, or taking a look at what's going on with banks
Now bank decides IF you can have your money
etc..., including those in the U.S., would help such people to understand, but perhaps not.
Well, sure - but if you don't keep it in a bank then you're going to lose out on the 1.02% interest you could be earning!
(I have no idea how this thread got off on this tangent, but it's pretty funny)
