Keeping $250k in cash at home along with unregistered firearms puts one in that general neighborhood.

If you think the average multi-millionaire has a quarter million in cash in their home, then you're the one who doesn't know what he is talking about. One of the main reasons is because truly wealthy people don't need cash. Oh, they might have a couple grand in pocket change, but what in the world would someone ever need that much cash for (excepting illegal activities)?

I bet even Bill Gates doesn't have that much money in his home in cash. In fact, I bet he doesn't even have 10% of that.

I imagine the teams interested would be the Pats, Jets, Raiders, Browns. The Panthers can't afford him and the 49ers/Seahawks need their cap for key players due for contracts after this year.

For all that they've buried their heads in the sand over some issues, the NFL and the union do recognize the risks of a community of young overnight millionaires and offer a lot of education and support services.

Not everybody can be helped. I have to find the link to the espn documentary on athletes going broke. A lot of these guys are making the same mistakes that others before them make. Even with all of these programs put i place these guys hold a firm sense of who they are with the community they grew up in. We saw it bite Hernandez in the ass and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets Desean (again).
