Game. Set. Match. Checkmate Elevator Commissioner.

Does anyone have a link about Mike Adams saying he didn't notice balls weren't deflated? I head someone say he said that but I can't find a link anywhere to confirm it.

If an outside forensics firm is in change of everything now, it will obviously be the very first question that they ask. The fact that we have yet to hear from the NFL of official scientific PSI readings doesn't necessarily make me jump to the conclusion that they simply never did it. As a matter of fact, the NFL hasn't really said much of anything so far. They've released one very brief statement.

You need to re-read the exact wording of the NFL's statement which I believe indicates that the forensics company is one which specializes in forensics related to electronic media/videotape only. Nothing beyond that. At least that's how I interpret it.

It would have been easy for the NFL to say that the pressure of the balls was measured prior to the game. The fact that they stated that the balls were inspected says everything. (And even if they were measured, the accuracy of the gauge used would need to be determined)

Long time reader, first time poster.

Think this describes evetything going on right now perfectly :

Edit: video contains profanity

You may very well be right about the forensics firm, although I'm still assuming that a major law firm + ex-FBI agent overseeing will want the specific PSI numbers that were measured prior to the game.

Otherwise, there's really not much of an investigation to be had. A third grader would ask that question as their opening inquiry. I'm not really sure where they'd go if those numbers weren't available.

I think it all depends on one's opinion as to whether or not the NFL will put themselves in a negative light, and I personally do not believe that will happen.

I don't think the league knew where to start. They don't know their ass from their elbow here.

BB was proactive, established the baseline of data and put the league in a position that in order for him to be found guilty, need to disprove him. IE. He turned the tables and went on the offensive.

Brilliant PR move by the Pats. Master stroke.

I think there were multiple parties on the Colts who stated something similar.

There were also a handful of Colts who stated that it had nothing to do with the outcome of the game, so that was good to see.

as said above....if the league does not have exact measurements of psi with a certified gauge documented pregame, and then a 2ns set of measurements at half time with the same gauge under the same temp/atmospheric conditions, then this is all ********

bottom line is this: the NFL doesn't want to admit their own referees gave cursory inspections to footballs (for years) and that they have no legit baseline for this investigation

imho Bellichek's "**** you" was not direct enough....Kraft needs to step up and end this **** right now......step up and call the league out......honestly, he has more power than Goodell at this point....call his punk ******** ass out.....take the league back from the pissants

Between Patricia and Flemings degrees in aeronautical engineering and Ernie Adams savant-like approach to statistical probabilities, the Pats have plenty of in-house brain power hang with whatever nerdballs the league has to review their findings.

Let's inflate the balls with hydrogen. When the ball explodes in flames in the air the announcers will say "Oh, the humanity!"

I bet the forensics firm and everything will be billed by the nfl to kraft. Nfl may fine the patriots 25k to pay for investigation.

Should be Isray. In racing if you lodge a complaint and they break down a competitors engine based on it, you pay if they find nothing wrong.

Benjy Volin, outside in tears, pounding on the door: "Please let me back in, pleeeeeeese!!!!"

those Harbaughs are weird guys who can't seem to get along with anyone

Patriots making an announcement at 2:30 p.m. ET. It's either a) about DeflateGate or b) using DeflateGate as a launching pad for attention.

what an ass.

What in the world does that even mean? They're a team headed to the Super Bowl. Strip away any possible controversy and they'd be getting plenty of attention. Breer is not a smart person, at all.

Quiz.
Two people have benefited the most from Deflatgate, who are they?

Bump. Dear lord mods. Stash 'em all in here. Consolidate the insanity!!!!
