Hey, DC may be liberal but it is "The Most Powerful City on Earth"

Could be it's compensating for something ...
(maybe its that small electoral vote count)

I wish Stormy Daniels would reveal that the Donald has a baby penis.

He would get so upset he would whip it out at the next press conference.

Pretty sure the age of our population is much closer to Italy's than it is South Koreas. And 2 latter countires could not be more opposite
Italy ranks 28th highest median age vs the US ranked 117

His rumpswabs should be along any minute to tell you 3 inches is...

There's a few Counties in So Fl that have closed restaurants and bars, most schools have been closed. There are fewer cars on the road but yea no mandated lockdown which is crazy with our demographics, especially in Palm Beach.

Q: what do you say about FL not closing their beaches and letting thousands of spring breakers gather...

T: Gov. DeSantis is doing a great job. He is a great Gov.

Trump says that all of the Governors of states that show low # of cases are doing a great job. Does he believe the Governors are actually doing something to contain the virus? Clearly these states aren't performing enough tests or maybe not reporting the results?

There's no national strategy. How is it they don't stop travel from NY?
Trump was being careful not to criticize, and said it's up to the states to determine how to best approach the issue, based on their individual circumstances. I saw that interview.

FYI even though the tone of this thread suggests otherwise, some of us here do appreciate @TommyBrady12 setting the record straight. I would not have the patience, nor the time (still working from home) to respond to every fake news allegation like him.

@TommyBrady12 setting the record straight.

Ok cool, thanks for making it abundantly clear that your primary concern is whether or not people are being mean in their criticism of your super strong tough talking president-hero.

Minor political insertion, because it's so obviously something that's been an issue in this thread, and I think it needs noting. Hopefully, some will take it to heart and adjust their approach (I doubt it will accomplish that, but I feel it important to try, given the current circumstances):

A while back, someone coined the saying that Trump's opponents take him literally, but not seriously, while Trump supporters take him seriously, but not literally. That's led to issues in both directions, and I'm not saying that either side is inherently a problem, as I'd opine that context will make one or the other more problematic.

However, one part that was missed in the saying is that Trump opponents take Trump literally, but often deliberately twist what was said such that it's not even what the man actually said, or it runs clearly opposite to what was intended. And that is a problem, particularly in a situation like the one we're all dealing with today.

The "hoax" thing is one obvious example, but they are legion.

Now, I'll go back to posting memes, in the hope that such will soothe the bums of anyone's that I might have chapped with this post.

No worries, if you werent so busy Im sure youd do a bang up job of presenting Trump as competent.

That's a perfect way to explain it.

a guy eats aquarium cleaner....half the country blames Trump. Hydroxy-chloroquine is being used and with significant success from Australia to France in tandem with a Z pack. If I happen to be diagnosed with COVID, I've already talked to my primary about using it.As things stand right now, Thundermist Health offers this option to patients with more than 1 underlying condition. I have three.
Near the beginning of this thread, last week, I posted the Australian success reported using chloroquine.I believe it was above 70%, although the sample was only 100 cases. France subsequently reported studies being undertaken involving chloroquine and remdesivir. To wit..

Raoult explained that his team had conducted a clinical trial during which he had treated people infected with COVID-19 with chloroquine. After six days, only 25 percent of the patients who had taken the drug still had the virus in their bodies, according to the physician-microbiologist. In contrast, 90 per cent of those who had not taken chloroquine continued to have the coronavirus.

For Perronne, that should make it possible to use this treatment today. "I fully agree with the authorities and my colleagues that further studies are needed to find out more about this. What I am asking is that, as of today, the factories that manufacture hydroxychloroquine are working day and night to provide millions of treatments for patients who, today, are isolated in their hospitals and do not have antiviral treatments. We know this product can work and will probably prevent many people from going into intensive care," he explained

Chloroquine ‘can work,’ some insist, as debate on using anti-malaria drug against coronavirus rages

Now it seems there's 8 or 10 members who are throwing crap at the wall over anything a couple of other members have opinions on. Lost in the mudslinging is actual FACT as I just posted. I brought this topic up last week and got crickets for a response. A week and half later Trump makes some comment after being informed by those like Fauci charged with keeping him up to speed, and all you people want to do is denigrate and repudiate reported facts from other countries medical scientists.THAT is ridiculous. Trump has ZERO to do with any medical investigation into the efficacy of chloroquine or remdesivir by other countries and the fact that some whackjob ingested industrial pool cleaner is not relevant. Period.

I'd like to see some memes now about Easter in NYC.

IOW you have no critique beyond the messaging he has used?
So who was giving different messaging at the time?
When did he contradict his medical advisers on messaging?

That's one of the things I like most about Trump. Early on, when he had to choose between his medical advisers or his political advisers, he went against the politicians.

So many arguing right vs left ... exactly what they want you to do.
I like to see the good and bad of both ... sadly more bad than good.

This pandemic shows how dysfunctional some of our people are.
We have more people in this country who stock up on canned goods
than the government has in stocks for emergencies. They like to cut
down on supplies while they over staff bloated agencies.

You were right to shut this cra1pfest down last night. Do it again tonight. I don't mind "Orange Man Bad!" in small doses but jeezus krist...maybe when Biden gets in he can order the release of millions of pacifiers to soothe the butthurt in this country.
