It'll be interesting to see if pathfinding means that vision will start meaning more for backs and returners.

It almost seems like the HB is throwing a stiff arm to all those defenders.

Defensive MVP definitely goes to Chris Slay. 7 tackles (2 for a loss), and 3 PDs. One of his tackles for a loss set up AD Train for a safety on the next play.

Major props to Brandon Weather for Rodney Harrison'ing them at the end.

The secondary combined for 18 deflected passes.

I know the tackle that set up the safety was probably more important in the bigger picture, but as for individual plays themselves, my two favorites were:

1. They called this a deflected pass. Looked more like a killer hit to knock the ball loose, and very close to being a fumble with nothing but teammates around to pick it up.

Tobias kinda slowed down on making the tackle when he saw me flying in there. Now that's teamwork.

If Logan Manchild is around, it would be great if you could go ahead and log in and set your training to relaxed. That pretty much goes for everyone, actually. If you think you might go inactive, just set your training to relaxed first so we don't have starters going into games with 70-80 energy.

Hello everyone! I just want to say..NEW ENGLAND PATS rock!!! If you can't guess, I'm a Pats fan. I found this link in the other links and because of it I decided to play GLB. I love it. I started 2 players, one is a CB and the other is an OT. The CB is on a team that I like and the OT, lvl 6-almost 7-is on a CPU team that stinks. I would like to get on a real team with human owners. I'd really rather play for a winning team. Is your other team good or like my last one? My last team finished 7-7, but we had to win the last 4 games to do that. I don't mind not playing too often, as long as I can contribute and help out. I have read a lot about training and I follow them to the 'T'. I may be a low lvl, but I'll be smashing people soon when I hit lvl 10 or so. My main concern is getting off of my current team and getting with a human team. If you can put me with the Burning Pride..I'd be happier only because they have NEW ENGLAND in the name.

Really a great game all around. D holds them to 4 FGs, and the O came close to putting up at least 21 points. Their secondary looked a bit overwhelmed as we exploited a lot of soft spots.

Goddamn guys, amazing game. We win! I gotta say, though, I'm a little worried about the next game. Pietro and Barkley were in on 100 and 94 plays, respectively, in this one, and they're both absolutely gassed. Even worse, they're not even close to being alone in this predicament. Still, if that's the price of victory, I'll take it. Looks like we're going to have to beat Canberra without having our usual caliber of ST, though.

I'm looking at it this way: we got bounced in our 2nd game last season. If we can't win the next one, at least we made progress in one of the most competitive leagues in the game.

The play by play of this game is like a goldmine. Watching some of them is making me giddy.
