- I never said I thought he did a good job drafting DBs. I just contradicted YOUR LIE that he was 1 for 9. The one being Dugger. You completely ignored Chung and Eugene Wilson. I said that 3 for 11 was better than YOU claimed it was.

- Your claim that he's done better with UDFA DBs isn't supported by facts. Saying he's done great because he had 4 hits in 22 years while ignoring all the UDFA DB misses is ridiculous.

- No one suggested that Richards wasn't a bust. People just said he wasn't as bad of a bust as you claimed. There is a difference that you are unable to comprehend.

He literally has not played against anyone who will ever be in the NFL or even the USFL for that matter. I cannot believe anyone here defends this pick! First off, could have been made in the third round, other teams literally laughed at it. The best the Pats can hope for is that they traded a first round pick for a 5th round pick and broke even IF, and that's a big IF, he turns out to be as good as Mason. The pick is indefensible!

BB turned a wrestler into a very good guard, there is literally no need to waste a first round pick on one, especially if you already had a good one, and you traded him away for peanuts!!!

BTW this is what an athletic guard looks like, and it took him a few years to get up to speed.....

Newsflash for you. I don't have to "LIKE" or "DISLIKE" the draft to think that you're making erroneous claims about Cole Strange and Tyquan Thornton being 3rd and 5th round talent. What I CAN do is look at what is being reported (4 teams had Strange as 1st round talent, and that Strange would have been gone by pick 42).

When you ignore the fact that the Patriots used a 1st round pick to get Brandin Cooks, then yes, the 2017 draft was pathetic. BTW, I mentioned it in another thread that it was bad).
