Christian Barmore the most double-teamed DT in the NFL?

Why has Barmore's snaps gone down since the 7 game winning streak. Pats were 7-0 when Barmore played more snaps than Godchaux and Guy. Not because he's an elite NT but he commands a lot of double teams which helps out the entire Front7. Pats are 2-6 when crappy Godchaux leads the DLine in snaps.

He's so good. Pats win when he plays more snaps than Godchaux. Should play Barmore as much as possible. He's not a nose tackle but drawing double teams so often makes the whole front7 better.

The thing about that stat is Jonathan Allen only played 160 snaps that season. Barmore has played 570 snaps. So it's not even really a good comparison Barmore on 570 snaps is at 16% win rate. Allen not sure if he played 500+ snaps if he would have been at 17%

Even more incredible. Thanks. Barmore should be playing all the time. The same way the Pats rode rookie Richard Seymour. Not saying they're the same type of player but if you have a stud rookie DLineman, play as much as possible especially when the alternative is a crappy run defender in Godchaux

Barmore looks like he should be a 3-4 end right now like Seymour. He can get on the field more.

Has he been the starter in place of the best defender on the team in Wise’s absence?

The knock on him was he took plays off….but with that win rate and the double teams, he obviously hasn’t taken many off.

Hes not stout enough vs the run. Does stack & shed or stack up double-teams consistently yet. With that said he's functional. Wise is better vs the run.

For example on the long run by Taylor vs Indy, they ran right at him. They double-teamed him and turned him inside easily. Actually did that 2-3 more times to him that game.

His pass rush obviously is outstanding.
