I won't have any problem saying "I TOLD YA SO" on this one, considering that all season long he played like absolute garbage in NE, and yet so many fans in here were still in love with this clown's celebrity persona even though Chad totally screwed up the Patriots off season where it led to the Patriots management not getting a real upgrade at WR. All I heard were insults spewed at anyone who would call the spade a spade.

For the few fans in here that were knew all along what a waste Chad Johnson was to this franchise, good for you for not getting caught up in the whole Prima Donna act.

Patriots football is about hard workers who care about the team and about becoming one. Chad has never had a clue what means. Worst signing ever from the BB era.

Never stated anything about myself being great. Completely correct about everything I stated last season and in many seasons prior regarding Chad Johnson though. Dumbest signing BB ever made here. I would be in amazement all season long at how many fans in here would act like Chad was going to somehow come alive last season as if he was just trolling the entire NFL when he couldn't catch passes or learn the freaking play book as a 10 year vet or whatever. Many fans in here became vicious any time he was criticized, and the guy was no more of a Patriot than Peydon Manning was.

And as far as being a clown, I'd look in the mirror since you're still inclined to stick up for "THE CLOWN" of Chad Johnson.

Interesting that while still working on his third college stint he was able to blow off his sentence. It's a mentality. Chad once answered a question about what his biggest problem is by responding "Chad".

The audio of the neighbor's 911 call is also interesting. Sounds like he was more concerned about ruffling his BIG celebrity neighbor's feathers than anything. And desperately hoping it was just an accidental scuffle (although Evelyn in the background corrected his characterization to "he headbutted me"). Apparently it was a sizeable enough cut and bleeding to the extent even he felt it probably needed stitches and a police visit. Otherwise I doubt he'd have made the call. Didn't seem to want to mention any names in an effort to avoid media presence. So as Florio surmises, seems like the opposite of a publicity stunt. Sounded more like she was geniunely concerned about his current state of mind and exacerbating it before authorities could intervene.

Plus, his wife has a known history of violence, being a gold-digging wh0re, and general all-around bad person who wouldn't think twice about dragging someone down just for her personal gain. Chad tends to be a clown and that rubs some folks the wrong way. I understand that. But he's paying a horrifically high price however well deserved for his celebrity clown act, now out of business in the NFL and VH1. Domestic disputes are not usually one-sided nor simple. I imagine both parties are at least somewhat to blame here. From the 911 call, it really doesn't sound that serious. She had a cut on her head but it wasn't even bleeding. I tend to think the media is making a bigger deal out of this than it really was, as usual. Still, violence on any level is unacceptable as Chad is now finding out.
