I didn't take his comment to be malicious when looked at in context. He precedes and follows-up that comment with words that basically indicate, "look, we have guys new to the system who're still trying to figure it out and they're busting their asses to do so".

I find myself watching other NFL games and see guys like Mullens and Andy Dalton making throws that Cam can’t. I like the guy but my god he makes me jealous of Nick Mullens? I’m not saying any of those names are the answer but he is awful. Again and again he has puked on himself late in games.
