It’s a toss up, on one hand he’s basically saying “I’ve answered that a million times, I’m not answering it anymore”, but on the other hand the previous answer for weeks has been “you’re stupid, Cam’s our quarterback”. Leaves zero room for interpretation. Now he’s not saying anything other than that he has previously answered the question. Most likely, the answer is still the same as it’s always been, but the fact that the week after being eliminated he suddenly refuses to give a straight answer is interesting.

I tend to agree with Andy Johnson that BB would never deliberately throw a game, but then I remember years where they had sewn up a seed or otherwise had no change to the future of the team that year and did some either weird things (hey let's run 30 straight zone 20 dive right runs) or wildly adjusted playing time skewed toward evaluation or experience.

That's a long way of saying I expect to see some Cam, some Stidham the next two weeks. Same way I expect to see some Jajuan, Froholdt, and Taylor and guys like that.

Honestly given that the Rams only managed 17 points on offense, and 7 of those required multiple 4th down conversions I think thats a flip too.
Texans also probably flip, and certainly are going to Mahomes

That gets you to 11-3

Given how close we played KC with Hoyer. I think switching out Hoyer for the best QB in the league gets you the win.

That gets you 12-2 and the #1 seed.

I've had it. This team, however it may develop, CAN NOT WIN OR PROGRESS with Cam.

He's shot, done for, used up. If you disagree, you're just plain delusional.

I'm not sure, frankly, how interested I am in watching a Cam-"led" Patriots team next year. After following the Pats since the mid sixties, I'd probably keep an eye on them next year, but that's about it. If the team's not interested in playing well, why should I care? Even when they've been lousy in the past, they were trying. Wasting another year on Cam is not trying in my book.

No I disagree. Mahomes is good but not six games better good in this offense. No #1 WR. No TEs? He needs those to work his "magic".

Either way, that person was completely wrong about that because I don't see how Stidham still doesn't get a shot at starting other than he's so bad he can't even start over Cam.
