Fact is there are certain marquee teams that attract more national attention than others for every little thing they do. There are also certain marquee owners that attract more national attention for every little thing they do. The Patriots are one of those teams. But so are the Cowboys. The only one kidding themselves is the one who thinks the Patriots would have made more national news for the same thing than Jerry Jones.

I don't think that the world hates the Patriots, but I guarantee you they are the most hated NFL team by other teams' fans in the United States. So how does Peter King know, exactly, that Dean Blandino has "a short one," or that his visit on the bus full of strippers was a short one? Also, when did it become okay for Blandino to hang out on a buss full of strippers with Jerry Jones because "every team and every member of the Competition Committee" does the same thing? Really? Is this soft-pedaling because King and Florio get to go on the party bus, too?

The NFLPA should ask to re-open the CBA so they can get their own buses full of stripper.
