Why play in Tampa though?

Not like he was a free agent. Tampa may not have been as willing to let him go as we were, and Brady ultimately realized that playing for Tampa is better than not playing at all. He and the team may also have spent the last few weeks hashing out the issues that caused Brady to want to retire in the first place.
