Imagine if someone got GBS(guillian barre syndrome) from the shot? It's one thing to be sick but to be paralyzed temporarily... That sucks!

Not to mention, the timing of the shot is only just about this time of year, so it would have been hard to get it sooner and have it take any effect at this point.

I got my flu shot over a month ago at a CVS. They are not perfect, but they are usually highly effective.
