It's easy to let players go when the force themselves to be a FA, don't want to stay and only stay if it's on their terms.

Why would a player that has done what Brady did, not want to be somewhere on his terms? He wanted a 2 year deal, he was not going to get one. Why is that such a horrid thing? He obviously can still play at a high level, so why not want that? I am not even saying that its Bills fault becuase its not, but to say Brady was wrong for wanting that is not correct. Both Brady and Bill have to do what is best for them. Bill for coaching the pats and Brady for his career.

I agree. He earned that right. He knows he did which is why he didn't want to be a FA in 2020.

I’m glad you Google’d that. Next time you shouldn’t pretend to know something you don’t know, like writing “just a Bachelor’s degree” when that’s more than sufficient for most engineering career paths.

I work with engineers all the time. Unless there’s a specific reason to do so, most don’t go beyond Bachelor’s because the ROI isn‘t there.
