Are you on medication now for the BP thing?

I’m monitoring it for now. It’s never been high before but I was feeling pretty crappy that day and decided to get it checked at Publix and it was elevated over 140. I went home and drank some wine, unwound by my fire pit for the night, had some sautéed mushrooms for dinner, and checked it the next morning and it was back down. Tough day, man.
