The mid-week holiday has resulted in an extremely short week, with two NFL games being played on Wednesday, as well as the usual Thursday night game.
In addition NFL fans are treated to three games on Saturday, thanks to the college regular season having concluded two weeks ago. That works out well as the college football playoffs are bumped up a few days to next Tuesday and Wednesday for their traditional New Years timeframe.

All four teams playing on Wednesday do have the typical four-day turnaround (they all played Saturday), so nobody has a huge disadvantage in that department. Interesting to note that the road team is favored in both of these games, as well as the Thursday night game.

Both Wednesday games will stream exclusively on Netflix, and Thursday's game will be on Amazon Prime video.

Dallas once again gets near-nationwide broadcast coverage, because apparently Jerry Jones wrote that into the NFL rulebook. Jones stepped down from the NFL's media committee in September; does that mean we won't get the Cowboys jammed down our throats every week next year? I doubt it. . .

Best Games/Playoff Implications: Chiefs at Steelers; Ravens at Texans; Packers at Vikings; Atlanta at Washington
Worst Games/Draft Order Implications: Titans at Jaguars, Raiders at Saints
Potential Blowouts: Jets at Bills, Cowboys at Eagles

Chiefs @ Steelers OTA would have got huge ratings I think.

Saturday @ 1PM sucks even more today .

What once looked like a very good MNF matchup is now just blah

Patriots are on channel 5 WCVB for those in Boston TV viewing area.

Going to be 2 great games ... go Steelers

Steelers suck on defense ... how the hell are they 10-5

This scoreboard graphic placement and design is horrendous

Chiefs steam rolling the Steelers.

Steelers just not in the same class as KC. Trip to blowout city for Xmas

If Mahomes is going to start playing at his best, they're going to win it again.

Buffalo can't stop a nosebleed on defense, Detroit is now beat up and then you've got playoff Lamar and Sam Darnold waiting to turn back into a pumpkin, the only complete team outside of KC is Philadelphia.

Mahomes has been playing C- football and they're 14-1 if he starts playing at a high level with that defense they're gonna be brutally hard to beat.

Just looks too easy ?....can Watt get through later in the game.

Never buy into these teams with the rehabbed QBs, Wilson, Goff and Darnold are all going to fall apart when it really matters.

WTF from the sublime to the ridiculous

LOL Wilson .... gags when the pressure is too much.

If the Steelers had Maye they would be dangerous.
