They wanted younger minds.
He had three straight losing seasons.

You might be right ….plus he is ultra cheapI doubt Kraft pulls the trigger this year. That would be admitting he made a mistake and I do not think his ego would be able to take it.
As a defensive coach or an offensive coach? He's certainly better than Covington as DC and I wouldn't be surprised if he's better than AVP as an OC -- the bar is low.He was worse.
If players quit, we can too. Everyone has to make business decisions. I could spend the rest of this beautiful day fretting over the paper bag team. What a waste! They are done. Soft, given up, playing with no passion. Mayo has not gotten the team to play for him, Wolf has not given the team any playmakers on either side of the ball.
Years ago, when they sucked, I was loyal, I knew they were going to get better. Not feeling anywhere this optimistic. I don’t see me giving them my prime Sunday time going forward. Disappointing to say the least.
They get one shot at the 2. You want to know whether you are going to make it or not so you can play the rest of the game accordingly. Not guaranteed they’ll miss the two after the next score. Might get a different D, run a different play. Polk may not slip. Lots of variables that might change.
It wasn’t obvious to me lol. I was like, da fuq??lol I was getting that out there early, so nobody that will post it has to.
Obviously I feel the opposite but wanted to not see it first from the usual suspects.
Kinda how I feel about it. I made a business decision on the Red Sox, I can with these guys too.If players quit, we can too. Everyone has to make business decisions. I could spend the rest of this beautiful day fretting over the paper bag team. What a waste!
Thing is did anyone see any improvement from last week? I saw plenty and thats what we are looking for. Progress week to week.Maye is playing really good ball, they were always going to be a bad football team this year, just gotta endure it and hope they fill big needs in the offseason.
Maye did really good for a rookie in his 2nd game. However, The Crybaby also looked pretty good early on.Maye is already well above average, and he’s not even close to his ceiling.
If they don't win another game, I think it's more likely Bob pulls the trigger. Saying he wanted to win which was why he fired Bill, yet does worse is a really bad look on Bob.I doubt Kraft pulls the trigger this year. That would be admitting he made a mistake and I do not think his ego would be able to take it.
Tell him he can get free rubdowns without any issues at the establishment of his choice and I am sure he will be right on it.You might be right ….plus he is ultra cheap
He won’t launch Mayo or Wolf after 1 year. He cannot admit he screwed up that bad and fix it that fast.On the plus side its a qb league and we seem to have landed one. The OL was honestly decent until the last drive, they hopefully can at least allow drake to grow. We need way better receiver play outside of pop and henry.
Everything else was awful. The only hope here is kraft is willing to move on from mayo after the season if this keeps up, but i don’t think its gonna happen.
To be fair, Maye has more elite traits. I would bet on him being better than Mac Jones. Even if that's not a high bar to get over.Maye did really good for a rookie in his 2nd game. However, The Crybaby also looked pretty good early on.
The Jags dropped two sure INTs and rightly just knocked down the Hail Mary instead of picking* that one off.Maye - 26/37 for 276 yards with 0 turnovers. The rookie QB is doing his job.
This team looks like it's on its way to the #1 overall pick. What can they get for that? Mixed results from 13 previous trades of the #1 overall pick, but a top receiver and four draft picks seems reasonable. If I'm Bob Kraft, I set up a meeting with Danny Ainge to advise on the next move.
Yes sit Polk for a few games. Do it.Polk has caught just 44% in 6 games…no that’s not ok…it’s bad. It’s ok to sit him for a few games. I do expect him to be our WR2 of the future but he needs a break.
