Nah I think it's just a Boston thing.
They'll love him again when he retires
Weird fandom
Maybe, but there's fans here from all over the country and the world. Obviously, it's just a minority of them but I've noticed: constant whining; blaming everything on refs/nfl or some conspiracy to keep pats out of playoffs; butt hurt anti-Brady haters. It's almost like these fans became Jete-like in the last 3 years.

This team has been mediocre for 3 seasons, but instead of recognizing that and having a conversation about it, they try to shut you down w/ bs complaints about negativity. Massive failure to recognize the dynasty was dead and it needed to be blown up from the top-2-bottom & re-started w/ fresh blood and ideas. Instead, blind belief in Bill because god damn it IBWT mantra. Well, we see where that trust got us. But hey, if we win 9 games a year, in 2 more seasons Bill can pass Shula (but still not in regular season wins).

Both SF & Cowboys can pass Pats in playoff wins. Cowboys now have 36 wins. I don't want to see SF join the 6 SB club but rather see them than the Cowboys.

Yup and the people in Tampa are really pissed off at going to the playoffs three seasons in a row with a 5-2 record and a SB win.

Meanwhile, in NE everyone is excited after going once to the playoffs w/ a 0-1 record and no division wins with the Goat HC. Doesn't matter if we don't smell a SB for 10 more years as long as Belichick pads his garbage time wins to pass Shula. It's almost like the Bucs became the Pats and the Pats became the Bucs. Weird.

All while the Pats homers drool over a .490 record in those same 3 years and resort to praying for 3 other teams to lose so we can back into a 7 seed. Honestly, all the winning with Brady hid how truly pathetic Pats fans really are. No wonder the entire country hated us. Now they just laugh at us because our team is sh*t w/o Brady.
Is everyone excited and drooling? Seems to me everyone is pissed

Huh. Well I didn’t see eye to eye with her a bunch but that seems lousy.

Not lousy. I am absolutely not surprised at all. It's too bad that it's now two mods shouldering a heavy load but this has been a long time coming.

My guess is Brady plays next year for another team. Can't go out like this

BUT didn't Brady supposedly butt heads with Arians and wanted him out? So they promoted leftwich and put arians in front office? So you get what you get.

Proof even the GOAT needs good coaching and playcalling because there's 11 guys out there.

We just witnessed Brady’s last game. Now it’s behind the booth as a colour analyst.

He will make tons of money doing that.
You sure?

Brady nearly hit that TD bomb to Evans after the onside kick. Brady has slowed down, but he was Super Man so he is still a good NFL QB. With Purdy in SF, Id say its between Las Vegas and Miami as Bradys next team.

If Brady goes to the Raiders then he gets another guaranteed shot at BB and the Patriots. Wouldn’t happen if he stayed in Tampa.

I think he’ll call it a career though.

Before the weekend started, I thought this one would be the best game. Well, now it's got a lot of competition!

Pulling for Tampa... I like this kid Brady...

...he might just make it after all.
TB probably was probably the only team just as bad as us on offense..

I was going to ask if you are ok. Last time you posted was at halftime last night when you said

Not even close to over. Parsons being limited might change the dynamic of this game.

LOL

And here are a few of @crawhammer 's gems

Let's see if I nail this...

Bucs 29
Cowboys 27

Brady's Bucs teammates should be motivated knowing this is their last opportunity to play/win with the GOAT.

Dak is a major fu*k up machine this season too.

This one from @VectorPrime was amusing

If Brady somehow drags this bunch to a championship the ring should just be a diamond encrusted portrait of his face.

Reading the last few pages has confirmed something most of us already know i.e. there are those on here who hate on TB12 since he left AND those who get more up for TB12/Tampa Bay than they do the Pats. Both positions are weird. Maybe now Tampa have lost all eyes will now be back on the Pats (outside of the TB12 sub forums).

The only position that is weird is all those that hate the guy given all he accomplished here. That will never ever make any sense.

Just think a few on here seem more like TB12 fans than Pats fans. That will definitely never make any sense to me, no matter what he did for us.

Brady just got divorced so he could play football.

Its not over. Brady really missed Gronk last night and that guy like Welker or Edelman. Fournette is cooked. Tampa ran for 4.3 ypc, but only 12 attempts. Dallas jumping out to a big lead more or less forced Brady to throw more. It was bad, but there was holding on the Tampa 2 pt conversion. Brady screwed up throwing the ball away on the INT taking another 3 pts off the board.

What about Bradys new team?

It's possible to think Bill made the wrong decision with Brady and the Patriots have never recovered and also think Brady played awfully last night and is now trending more towards the 10th best quarterback than the best.

In an ideal world Bill would of given him a deal and been a contender for a few more years but anyone who still thinks Brady is the same guy as he was even a year ago hasn't been watching, throws way more inaccurate passes and the next team that gets him isn't getting the best quarterback in the league anymore.

Bill was wrong, Brady had 2 years of elite football left and he should of been given the 2 years he wanted i wouldn't want him now though.

Brady should retire, he's proven he can win without Bill it's beneath him to go to another team and get his ass kicked again like last night.

Offensive driven league, it has been for some time now

Can’t do 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense that relies on a Fort Knox defense anymore

even the best defenses in the league are going to break down eventually from a qb who breaks out of the pocket, etc. it’s just too much to ask defenses these days

Which also means it’s stupid for us to still not emphasize the WR position and get a player that warrants Def coordinators to actually have to spend some brain cells game planning for, because right now that player doesn’t exist on the roster

I agree Brady should have stayed and would have been elite in NE for the past 2-3 seasons but only IF Bill stacked the team with good weapons around him.
