Alex Smith only 1/2 decent FA QB left. In a game of men, is he looked as less than with that leg? He's better than some of these other scrubs being signed.

A more realistic option could be:

Been looking at Mills for a couple months. I like what I see. Not a lot of experience but has the tools. Stanford guy so the IQ should be sufficient. Would do well to sit a year. Maybe trade up a bit from #15 to grab an elite defensive player and use your 2nd rounder on Mills.

this years market never materialized for QB's like people thought it would. Bridgewater, Jimmy G and Mariota all were supposed to be available and all are still with their respective teams.

Yep I was happy last season to see him play and at a good Level but if I use injury prone as an argument against jimmy i have to use it here too

Would love to get him back.

If only for his kick-returns, if nothing else. Maybe some gadget plays, jet-sweeps, hand-offs ... anything to get the ball in his hands a handful of times per game.

I've never seen someone with that combination of speed, strength, and acceleration. Massive weapon with the ball in his hands.

Watched Cowherd yesterday when he asked Rosenhaus which client he's meeting with. Drew said he couldn't tell him because he had just told a GM the player was on a plane on his way to meet with another team, instead of going to meet with him in Miami. They both laughed. Drew went on to say that he'll do anything to get his clients (and himself) the best deal.

I think (scumbag) Drew snookered Dolla, Dolla Bill into all those high $$ guarantees with the same line: player Y is on his way to meet with team X, better hurry. Sigh
Wish we had a smart GM. One that would not fall for that kinda ****. Where can we find a guy who was born and raised in the game of football and has spent nearly his whole adult life being raised on the in and outs of the league. We need to be aggressive and find that guy!

Agholor is definitely a number 2. You don’t necessarily need a 1 especially when you have two good tight ends, but two number 2 receivers would be optimal.

Haha keep this same energy in October

With the QB and WRs and OT that are likely to go off the board, they shouldn't have to trade up from 15 to get an "Elite" Defensive player.. Especially since this draft doesn't seem to have a lot of them.. You're talking a LB in someone like Parsons, Collins or Paye.

Not worried. THe Dolphins will F' up using them like they did last year with their running backs.
Yeah and their o line blocking did not help either that much
