We've all heard of a team going from worst to first. The jete do it differently.
In 2002 and 2003 the jete went from first to worst in the AFCE.
In 2014 thru 2016 the jete went from worst to even worse in the AFCE.
In 2019 thru 2020 the jete went from worse to worst in the entire NYFL.
And in 2020 to 2021 the jete can go from worst to worst in the entire NYFL.

What makes the Jets think they will handle Trevor Lawrence better than Sam Darnold?

At some point you have to build a competent team around these guys. This isn't the NBA where one guy can change a team. You need a roster around him.

Chances are in 2 years after Lawrence is ruined with the same cr@p roster and coaching they look to draft another QB #1.
