I don't think Flores is going to turtle like Patricia did in '11. Don't forget it was Patricia's dry run as DC. He would become the official DC in '12.

You realize this is a preseason and they are working on the whole d package and not game planning right?

Been saying for a while that our pass rush will be much better & its not even close. We have a great mix that can really ruin your day in a number of ways. Flowers isn't even playing.

Rivers, AC, Flowers, Wise, Butler, HT, KVN will makeup a great "Nascar" package if you will on 3rd down.

And I'll say it again Rivers will be our best pass rusher by years end if not sooner. Power w the long arm & club/rip w some finesse in a punch/dip. Couldn't be happier. Could be a special group.

The point is aggressive defense is risky. More reward, more risk. When you have Tom Brady playing a risky style makes it easier for the opponent to beat you with fluky plays.

Nope. I'm calling it- we're not going to see as much conservatism with Flores as we saw with Patricia.

I agree. Those clips you showed of Rivers is how elite rushers put pressure on the QB. Although I didn’t like Chandler Jones leaving, I wasn’t a fan of his finesse-tap dancing pass rush moves. Rivers has elite rusher moves.

It’s early, but good lord.....
