Brutal road schedule. I'm definitely going to the San Diego game in my backyard.

Would also love to catch a game in Green Bay in what may be the final showdown between two of the best QBs in the league.

I hope to be at the SD game. Hope it turns out better than our loss there in 2002 which I attended. Lady T ran wild and TBKY Jones ran over Lawyer Milloy to enable a huge gain. Brady threw 2 picks, one a really really bad decision. Time to right the wrongs.

That's one brutal freaking schedule.

That was my first thought. If these teams stay on their current tracks, there's not an easy non-divisional away game and only one easy non-divisional home game.

Broncos schedule is pretty much the same as ours in the AFC minus getting their divisional rivals twice and ours once and fliping the H/A of Cin/Ind plus they have to travel to see us. Their NFC schedule is worse getting SF and AZ at home and having to travel to STL and Seattle.

That was the game Ted Johnson made 17 tackles and the yards gained on those plays totalled like 180 yards.

I'm trying to organize a road trip Pats/Packers at "frozen Lambeau Field"
It's a bucket list thing. Got two of my friends to commit so far.

We are about 8 hrs north of Minneapolis, so the Vikings game is closer. But by brother in law is a packers fan, so we will likely try to get to Lambeau. Hopefully its not a December game. It was -45 this morning up here with the windchill.

I was at the loss there in 08 which was without TB but following the few defeats we handed them in previous years they were pretty rabid for this one and were not shy in shoving it in my face. Not the greatest stadium to catch a game at outdated and filled with dummies but a great city to take a trip to so you have to take the good with the bad. Lambeau is priority one this year but SD is definitely a good possibility.

It's a bucket list thing. Got two of my friends to commit so far.

I have really good friends who live in Milwaukee and are diehard, passionate Packer fans. They invited me to the game at Lambeau in 2006 which NE won 35-0. Trying to be gracious, I didn't cheer very much or very loudly. During the two hour car ride back to Milwaukee, we listened to call-in sports talk radio in which the Packers were brutalized in a manner comparable to what can happen in game day threads here.

The environment around Lambeau is very different. We parked at a private residence that was a 5 minute walk from the stadium. The cost was $15 and bathroom privileges were included. We had good seats (comparable to where I sit at Gillette) but they were bench style just like the old Schaefer/Sullivan/Foxboro stadium. I'm pretty convinced that we had at lot more people than actually seats (including one guy who could have played NT).

My friends were definitely good sports about it and I tried my best to be a good sport as well. So maybe they'll invite me back next fall ...

One interesting note for those who hadn't realized - the Metrodome will be torn down this offseason. The Patriots will be playing the Vikings in open air TCF Bank Stadium.
