OK, we have 5 WR's active per game. I would expect that with the new WR additions, and hopefully with a better RB, the number 5 and 6 WR's will get fewer targets. What did they get last year, 3 targets a game? Almost all the targets should go to the top SEVEN targets: 4 WR's (including Williams), 2 TE's, and 2 RB's.
Why should a #5 and #6 WR be even as important as last year?
I suppose Williams will get more targets.
Will Brown, Doubs and Hollins get fewer than the top 3 last year?
Will Riarden get fewer than Hooper?
Will Stevenson and Henderson get about the same?
Do we hope for MORE reps from the running game?
As was the case last year, I don't see more than the top 3 WR plus Williams getting many targets or much production. And that is as it should be. How many insurance policies do we need? 1? 2? 3? As the insurance #5. Vrabel may be fine with Chism.
