Obviously I'm guessing what's going to happen on Black Monday.

I lean Jaguars have decent talent in a soft division - just need a coach. Bills and SD are in tough divisions.

I'm trusting rumors that there will be no vacancies in Cincinnati or Jets.

Maybe I'm daft, but I feel like a Jaguars team headed by McDaniels with Jimmy G at QB running Josh's offense would wipe the floor with that division...
Why? They are a pretty crappy team and have been for awhile.

I am torn between the jags, decent talent nice location **** division, and the bears, solid owner storied franchise nice weapons to potentially build around. Both Franchises are a good coach/QB away from being able to make some noise. I voted Bears but it's close and if I were Josh I would seriously look at both and trading for Jimmy.

Jags. That division is up for grabs. The fan base have very low expectations. They also have some playmakers already.

I haven't heard any rumblings that Fox's job is in jeopardy, but Chicago would be far and away the best job for any prospective coach. Anyone who can make the Bears a winner owns the city of Chicago. From purely a player personnel standpoint, though, the Rams are probably best equipped for a quick turnaround with good coaching.

Buffalo might actually be a good gig. Their roster is deceptively loaded with talent. Could be a QB away from being good, now that Rex is out of the picture.

Easily the Jags. Shad Khan is an extremely patient owner and Jaguars have basically completed building its defense, maybe add another FS. Offense is almost set as well other than ofc, Blake Bortles and his development. Maybe he deserves another year, but either way Shad Khan isn't going to fire whoever is the next HC after one year.

If Josh goes this year I think theres a great chance Jimmy follows.

1) Owner that will let him do his thing for 3-4 years most likely.

2) Offense that is ready to go now.

3) Defense w/ a ton of talent

4) Top 5 pick

5) Division is very winnable although Tennessee looks like their headed in the right direction.

Based on your list I picked Chicago. Jax would be second, but looks like they are trying to bring back the glory days with Coughlin.

You forgot the Colts. Not saying Chuck is gone, but he has been a disappointment. Don't think Josh would go there, but I think it could be open.

My best guess on what jobs will be open:

Vacant:
Buffalo
LA
Jax (based on Coughlin report today)

Likely:
Cleveland
San Diego
Arizona

Possible:
Chicago: I would have put this in the likely category about 3 hours ago, but the locals seem to think Fox is coming back.
NYJ: Despite report that Bowles is coming back, I could see a firing
Minny: As much as I like Zimmer, hard to support a coach who had a mutiny on his hands. If I was the owner he'd be fired and cats with jersey numbers ranging from 20-49 would see the street.
SF: Do they bring Chip back?

I will separate this one out. If you are Bob Quinn and you think you can hire Josh, do you can the drone? I would, and if you are Josh: You are going to a team with an really good QB in his prime and a solid roster. Plus you get to keep your picks. Might be a the best situation of all.

It all depends on what McDaniels thinks of Goff and Bortles, doesn't it? Outside of those teams:

Buffalo - He'd be a fool to go there. He'd have to deal with the GM, the owners, and a (probably) pissed off BB
Chargers - Moving team, lousy owners, aging QB with an unpleasant contract, more injuries than you'd expect at a torturing convention
Chicago - Interesting choice, if he can bring JAG along, and if he gets contractual assurances that he's safe for at least 3 seasons.

...and he's a hometown boy (Garoppolo)

Definitely don't go to Buffalo, Josh.

I think if the Rams would be a great gig. Above average defense, instant running game, young stud qb.

They just need o line help, a wr and a decent offensive coordinator. Kyle shanahan could be the guy for them.

Chicago needs more than QB/coach but which team doesnt?
