I changed it because I felt like the original lended more credence to the tweets than they deserved. Wanted the title to actually reflect what we are talking about here.

In fairness to me, I did try to clarify that I was just starting the thread because multiple people (one that I know isn't someone to just make crap up) claiming to have sources says they are hearing things and I was hesitant to post it. I have no idea it is true and would totally dismiss it if the only person saying it was the grill cheese guy. Still dubious of the claims. Hence why I haven't joined into the discussion of what it might be.

I never said that Savage was reputable. I said he is a guy who just doesn't make crap up. I never claimed any of them are reputable. I said that several different people are posting the same info and some independent of each other.

I bet there are rumors floating around the Patriots organization about something bad. What I don't know is if it is complete BS or if this is actual rumors coming from anyone remotely close enough to the inside to actually know what is going on. I only posted it because it seems like there is chatter. I figured people might be interested. Based on 13 pages of responses, I was right.

I don’t really follow you. Savage doesn’t report anything, he just re-states things that other people have said. So I guess you can say he “doesn’t make stuff up” but he also doesn’t report anything, he is simply repeating things that others have reported - and those others are random nobody anonymous Twitter accounts. So I don’t really understand what the meaningful difference here is.
