I agree 100%: McDaniels presser about leaving Rookies on an Island really pissed me off. Our Guy was Overmatched: Campbell needed Help.
If Tom Brady can get beaten up all day, there is no reason to believe this QB/OL can't either. That OL (even injured) was better than this one. McDaniels left Volmer on an island all day while Ware wrecked havoc. He is tempting fate by leaving Campbell on an island. I know Campbell said getting help can mess up his play, but too bad. Bad OL play can destroy any team's SB chances. It's up there with bad QB play.

You two need to have a little faith that this veteran Patriots coaching staff knows what it's doing. There WILL be times where Campbell has to hold his own, but rest assured he'll get as much assistance as can be afforded depending on the play.

NFL network just aired the 15 afc title game at denver. All this talk of mcdaniels giving Campbell help, mcdaniels not setting his tackles up to fail....in 15 he left vollmer on an island on Ware and Ware killed him. Ware lived in the backfield all day. So based on that history, I think we're going to see more Campbell 1 v 1. Let's just hope Campbell improves over last week
Coaching was an issue that entire year.

Having a bum back to fumble a punt (or maybe it was a kickoff) in week 12 against Denver let them back in a game they eventually won. That was probably the turning point of the season for both teams. Patriots looked unstoppable to that point.

Bizarre decision vs the Eagles when up two scores. I believe it was a failed fake punt or something.

Kicking off to the Jets in overtime after winning the toss. The defense did not look good. You have Tom Brady. The Jets went down and won the game in OT.

Throwing the game against Miami with a washed up Steven Jackson. Bill thought health was more important than HFA. In the end, that decision would cost them dearly.

Bypassing FG's in the AFC title game. When you are getting whipped at the line of scrimmage. Take the points!!! The defense was playing well (not great) enough.

If that had been a second year HC or something, they probably would have been fired.

I’M READY

The Eagle has landed.

So something like 19 to 20 hours before the game tomorrow? Seems like Vrabel timed it well. As close as they can really cut it without risking it too much. Seems like this is where having a private plane comes in handy.

Too legit to quit.

Were you able to score a good ticket?

Prices barely came down where I wanted to sit.
Not yet. Still waiting.

Prescott is a very good QB - especially given where he was drafted, but this is a terrible look. His best team was in 2016 where they had no business losing to GB. It started to deteriorate after that and they continued to run into teams that were way better than them. They are the Bills of the NFC where the media keeps hyping them up saying they have talent, but smarter fans can see there's very little talent there.

His presence will be felt in the run game and be a security blanket for Maye. It will be good to have him back.
