Sent my list to "mavfan2390"! I'm going to wait until 4 PM, when we are 9PM o'clock. I hope that my turn come before that time!

Well it's just before 4pm

Very very very nearly went for a running back at 46, but I think the Bengals have too many questions in their linebacking corps. Mayo can play both inside and outside and will start from day one.

Trying to get some pressure on the qb with minnesota D spent FA money on safety so turning to pass rush in draft. If nothing else they're more athletic.

I will say I am confused by this pick. Minnesota uses a 4-3 system. That means they are supposed to get their pressure from the Defensive Ends. Gooden is a MLB in their system and would be stuck behind E.J. Henderson, who is coming in to his own.

Are you projecting Gooden to OLB to replace Leber?

Actually most of the time they played cover-2. Gooden is the perfect athlete needed at LB in a cover 2.

Philadelphia has their pick ready, as long as ATL doesn't take it!

Athletes for cover 2 is what i had been after, thanks mavfan had logged off for a bit.

Atlanta has chosen Chilo Rachel OG USC

Was trying to decied between WR, DT, and Oline

And I liked his write up better than Carl Nicks , who was another oline consideration.

Thought I haven't been able to watch college football much at all, I hope i choose him about the right time.

I wanted to take Mayo to replace Spikes, but after he was taken I decided to draft depth at safety which is severely lacking in Philadelphia. DeCoud could start at SS right away, and should grow into the position after the 34 yo Dawkins retires.

I decided to switch over to the defensive side for Washington's second pick. I'd actually thought about going safety as well (for obvious reasons), but decided that some strength along the D-line is also a serious need for this team.

No offense, but DeCoud is rated as anywhere from a 2nd to 5th round pick depending on what site you see him on.

Also, most people have him as a FS, not a SS, who will probably make a name for himself on special teams and as a back-up more than anything.

I really think you reached on this one and that you are grasping for straws at DeCoud's ability. But that is why we play the game.

Nice pick for whoever took Charles. He was the one I was going to draft (even sent mavfan a PM asking him to pick him if I wasn't online). I've been reading up on him and watched some clips on Youtube - man he's good.

Ok my pick is due up. Let me do a little research & I'll make my selection shortly.

I like the Chris Johnson pick for the Titans. He can step right in at kick/punt returner (since they'll be trading Pacman anyways), and also provide a very good change of pace to the rotund LenDale White. I really like Johnson, and I would have picked him myself if the Redskins weren't already set at RB, and they also already have several capable returners.

I thought the Titans did that last year when they drafted Chris Henry. What's this the third year in a row where they have drafted a RB in the 2nd round.Good player, dumb pick.

I was in a bit of a pickle with this selection. I was pretty sure I was gonna go OL since I passed on Albert in round 1. That is until I saw Rachal & Nicks were taken. So it came down to the top TEs Keller & Davis. I went with Davis.

Coincidentally I drafted TE, Zach Miller for Seattle last year.

Chris Henry isn't exactly a return ace though, is he? IIRC, he only returned a handful of kicks last year. I might have gone receiver if I were the Titans, but it's hardly an indefensible pick.

They also have Chris Davis as well who can return punts and kicks. It makes no sense taking a RB again for them in the 2nd round. They have alot more needs then a backup RB and someone who can return kicks.

What do you think of my pick? (Oniel Cousins for the Bears.)
