Allar used to do this stuff regularly at Penn State.

Personally, I despised his offensive coaches, so it'll be interesting to see how he fares n the pros, but let me tell you: despite his ability to make amazing throws on the run, the passing game was abysmal. I really do blame his coaches. But he is a huge question mark.

But he has the prototypical QB arm strength and size scouts and coaches salivate over.
If he can be developed, he could end up a long time starter in this league, but it's a big IF.
