I'm intrigued to see Lan Larison too: him and Lampe were both shut down last year.

Both were injured. Larison has some talent but unlike last offseason he has more talented competition around him.

Wilfork was a strong freakish athlete, he was a 5’11” 345 pound NT who could slam dunk a basketball and had great athleticism for his size.

Shaw was big, he was also a poor athlete and not strong. If you want to be a big immovable object successfully you have to at least be stupid strong like (35 bench reps) Khyiris Tonga.

5’11” or 6’1” isn’t a significant difference when you are talking about the leg power to jump 345# high enough to dunk. Thats a lot of drive.

I wouldn’t want to be blocking the lane and taking his charge, for sure.
