Surtain is the best corner in the NFL
Not even close.
Maye will need to look elsewhere on Sunday

Tom Brady lists the top throws of 2025, only 1 QB makes the list twice, I wonder who?

Now I have the attention span of a gnat, yet I was rivetted for almost an hour watching that break down of this game. You CANNOT talk about this game intelligently WITHOUT watching this clip in full.

BTW - How can there be 10 HCing openings and guys who are proven LOSERS, like Daboll can get interviews, and guy like Stephanski can get 2nd jobs and a Superbowl winner like Gruden can't even get a whisper kind of blows my mind. I mean, all this talk about needing offensive minds for you QB development, and NO one is talking about John Gruden. What a waste of talent.

Gruden got caught stupidly emailing some very stupid stuff and is suing the NFL. You can argue that the NFL dragged up some old stuff and screw him over but he still sent. JM and BB will get a HC slot before Gruden.

His Dad was beast for the Dolphins. Surtain Sr, Madison and Buckley were a pain in the ass in the late 90's. We'll see how good Surtain is this Sunday. This will also be a game Gonzalez can show how good he is as well.

I gave ChatGPT a very detailed set of instruction to factor just about every variable to determine the outcome of the game. It has predicted the Pats win 24-17. I then asked it to run a simulated probability estimate which it simulated the game 50,000 times and the Pats won 63.4% of the time. I then asked it to run a concise score projection model. 55% of the time the Pats will score 21-27 points the Broncos will score 14-20. 25% of the time the Pats will score under 21 and the Broncos will score 17-23. 10% Pats will score more than 31 pionts and the Broncos will score less than 13. There is no percentage of the Broncos blowing out the Pats.

Will be interesting to see how well ChatGPT knows football.

#1 and #3 have little to do with Stidham. And they’re both fairly straightforward.

1. I don’t think there’s much strategically to do about the altitude, other than lots of O2 bottles on the sideline and frequent rotation especially the big guys on the DL. We’ve got good depth there so that should help.

3. Josh needs to scheme up a great game plan. Rham and Hendo both need to have themselves their best days. Will Campbell needs to handle his business better than he has past two games. Maybe platoon the OL? Or at least the left side? That should help with the unfair HFA.

Most interesting is #2.

2. Our DL strategy might start by rotating frequently. But I’m wondering if there’s a way to throw a spinner into the works and confuse Denver’s OL. I recently watched this video on how Belichick shut down the Rams high powered offense and held them to just one FG in SB 53. It described how he used a 6-1 front to attack both the zone runs and quick passing game the Rams favored. I don’t know if the 6-1 alignment would be the best choice but it got me thinking about whether it would work to throw a similar unusual strategy at them. Or maybe some exotic blitzes would be similar. First goal is to confuse the blocking assignments. Maybe the old Amoeba defense would be another alternative. I’m thinking our DBs are pretty good so they could disrupt the Denver WRs enough if the Denver OL is being overwhelmed. The real point of it is to get inside Stidham’s head and exploit his slow OODA loop. Does any of that seem like it would work?
This has noting to do with football, but were you in the military? Air Force specifically? I was in for 22 years and the only people I have ever heard refer to the OODA loop are active and former military.

Thank you.

I was hoping this would be the look.
Just reminded myself who was the home team in last years Super Bowl and it was the NFC. If the Pats win, they will be the home team. They may actually go with the all white look again if they win this Sunday since the Super Bowl is technically still a road game. If not, I expect the blue jerseys on silver pants.

Not in military but I read Boyd's book. Fascinating.
I was going to the Air Force Academy for an electrical engineering degree when they informed me that asthma was a disqualifier. Ironically never had an attack since even though I'd missed weeks of school previously.
No inhalers back then.

Wiki: The OODA loop (observe, orient, decide, act) is a concept developed by US Air Force Colonel John Boyd to explain how agility can overcome raw power in combat operations.

God. Pleeease. We just moved past 'throw it up Joe'. You know Payton is gonna be telling Stidham to take advantage of the height mismatch. I predict a lot of jump balls. PI's incoming.... Have to play with the lead now more than ever (which sounds dumb and is dumb...dosent matter...just do it)....
