Up early this morning so bouncing between sportscenter, NFL network, and local news to see what this winter storm is going to do. I’m already sick of the Sean Payton and Jared “Stiddy” ball washing. Give me a break.
Networks trying real hard to pump up Stidham.

Fine by me! The more they talk up Stidham, the harder it will be to discredit a Patriots victory.

Honestly I'm fascinated to see how Stidham responds. For Maye and most of the other players on both sides, this is the biggest game of the year and even of their career so far. For Stidham, this game IS his career. In his 6th year with his 3rd team holding a clipboard, he's been handed one shining opportunity to win a starting job somewhere. If he plays like a backup, he'll be one forever.

Definitely. They are capable of great things. But they need to stop turning it over. Eventually a fumble/strip sack will go the other way and it's going to cost them the game.

On defense, turnovers come and go. So the offense can't rely on them to come to the rescue every game.

Broncos fans on Orange Huddle are saying the weather can fluctuate a great deal from where the stadium is compared to other parts of town.

They are ****y and confident that Maye is going down in flames.

Stocking shelves at a Hyvee grocery store one day and winning the Super Bowl next. Found out through fate when the 1st string QB Trent Green was lost for the season. This is a no win game for the Pats in terms of the storyline. Pats win and it was because Denver lost Nix. Pats lose and it was because the Pats were frauds to begin with a rabbits foot that finally lost its shine.

We know they get paid to play too: But I would like to see a Clean Game from Drake Maye knowing the stakes.

I would have preferred for Pats to get beat in CG rather than lose in the SB... if we lost to the Bills or Jags or someone, giving us a good year with understandable room to grow. But now, it'd take a colossal disaster to lose with Stiddy which would be much worse.

But IF we do win, I am quite sure we'll loose in the SB to either Rams or Hawks. And that will stink.
Because the AFC was not very good this year, and either of those NFC teams seem like a cut above... they are not the historic chokers like Chargers & Texans.

I usually can follow Dan's analysis but this is just stupid. Every year half this board gets over the top excited because some Pats UDFA looks amazing against pending cuts and 2/3rd string other teams. Stiddy isn't that good, his timing is likely to be a wreck, and if I remember correctly our biggest D strength (interior line) is going to be ****ing up their back up center all day long. I expect a phone call from Stiddy to Ghostbusters.

Broncos are 6 - 0 when they draw this duo. I'd rather go against those odds than have Darth Vader gloves Brady rambling on nonstop.

Inside of New England fandom it's another chapter in a great book of stories. Outside of NE who gives a rat **** what they think. I'll take duck boats in Feb because we the Akron Pee Wee Champions team accidentally ended up on the playing field and we killed those little bastards (untwist your panties, I'm being darkly ridiculous) over caring what anyone else thinks .

Is Anfernee Jennings a very late Bloomer?? Jennings have played very well the last two games: he looks like a different player. His Pass Rush have been very good.

You'll notice that the Center is not included because evidently he had an awful game. The Bills got pressure on Nix through the Center. Nix is very good at avoiding pressure and sacks. He was sacked only 22 times over 17 games. Too bad he isn't playing Sunday. I have a difficult time believing that you can just plug in Stidham and keep rolling with the same results. I do buy that Payton has a system that is proven, but also that Payton is a very QB specific HC.
