So, it’s going to be Daboll or Joe Brady? And what exactly do they think is going to be different?

Imagine a world where we replace BB with Josh to make Brady happy...

I mean I love Josh but you can't have the most powerful person in the building be the QB with his own hand-picked head coach. It's a recipe for zero accountability.

Its too bad the late Chuck ****erson (aka The Coach) isn't around to see this **** show. His take on it would have been pure gold.

Things are not looking so hot in Buffalo Land lately. After firing Sean McDermott and for some unknown reason, promoting GM Brandon Beane who has not been very good, Bills owner Terry Pegula has a bizarre press conference in which he pointed the finger at everyone else, including players still on his roster.

Here is a video by Rich Eisen breaking it down (I previously had linked a different video, but this one from Eisen is better):

My head exploded watching Pegula's cluelessness, especially regarding his postgame locker room observations. I'm guessing the guy never participated in athletics personally, probably thinks a jockstrap goes on backwards.

We should thank our lucky stars this goofball owns the Prairie Cows, just like Woody with the Jete.

Glad Pegula gave the conference, got all that confusion cleared up. Anyone know if the name “Nottacatch” is already taken at 2 Bills Drive?

We really need for the Pats to beat Denver and get to the Super Bowl as Bills fans would go nuclear.

Who the heck is even available right now? Tomlin requires a trade. Who else? Daboll? LOL. Saleh is gone.

Pegula messed up and will be the beginning of the end for the Allen Bills.
The beginning of the end was Week 5.

the reality is that now the owner has made this job UNDESIRABLE. What coach is going to want to go into Buffalo, knowing that 12-5 and a playoff win will get you fired. Your loveable backwater team, and your Superman QB won't be enough unless you win the superbowl. Once you get to the final 8, the superbowl winner is a crapshoot, and the last 3 games of the season are littered with bad breaks, good calls and strange bounces determining victory and defeat. And the winning team has to navigate ALL of it. The best team doesn't always win the Superbowl each year. In fact, more often than not, the best team of the year, DOESN'T make it through that gauntlet of one and done playoffs. Sometimes, like the 2024 Eagles it happens, but not always.

Nah, the Bills aren't going to get one of the top 2 available HC candidates left. They are going to have to hope they get lucky and hit on one of the guys who would be willing to take a job where they have to report to a GM and accept HIS players. And try and please an owner and fanbase where it's superbowl or failure. Why take that job other than its one of 32 and you just HAVE to have one. The Bills will have to hope they hit on another Liam Coen. Yet even if they do, doing what Liam Coen accomplished in Duval will get your fired in Buffalo.

You had me at "What coach is going to want to go into Buffalo", the rest was superfluous.

Seems Pegula's speech about this being a team-oriented organization where self-promoters aren't tolerated didn't convince you. I'm so shocked! Of course future coaches are going to take Terry at his word when he says Buffalo is an organization where every voice is heard and every opinion is valued, and trust that such comradeship will enhance their career growth.

You should get a trademark for "Notacatch,".

I've seen Bills fans compare Allen to Brady. Yet, I watched the Denver game thinking:

Tom Brady tells the OC/HC it's a bad idea to run a play with twenty seconds left in your territory with no timeouts. Or, he just arm punts the ball at worst. He does not take off running.

Tom Brady hits Knox for that go ahead TD with little time left.

He does not turn it over four times. Brady was the master at taking what defenses gave him instead of being a gunslinger. Allen has yet to grasp this concept.

In the last three playoffs, the Bills had the ball with a chance to win/take the lead. Two years ago they could only manage an attempt at a game tying FG. Last year they did nothing. This year, Allen goes for an unnecessary bomb to Cooks. That gets picked and Denver gets the game winning kick over Buffalo.

I'm guessing the new coach either will be current OC Brady or Daboll. But I sometimes wonder if, in a roundabout way, Josh Allen has become a millstone around the franchise's proverbial neck.

Can someone summarize??

Not sure but from listening to NFL Radio on Sirius during my ride home tonight I think Terry Pegula was so heartbroken seeing Josh Allen crying in the locker room after losing the Broncos game that he decided to fire Sean McDermott because of it.

Maybe somebody who understands this better than I do can confirm, correct, or expand on that.

As foretold by the prophecy after he signed that contract.

And it seems like maybe they’re doing it in Baltimore, too?

I think the gif I found was on the first page of my "bills mafia fail gif" Google search, so hopefully that means this guy survived.

His IQ likely dropped a few points to be on par with a banana though.
IDK, it may have started lower. Did you ever see a banana intentionally smash itself on the ground?
