Weather had nothing to do with it. Getting hit by pass rushers while trying to throw has everything to do with it and every Qb in the NFL fumbled when there arm is hit by a pass rusher when starting the throwing motion.

Thats crap. Weather did play a part, and its not just Drake. Its traction for every lineman that all adds up. Of course we have to play better, but yes weather played a role. I don't care what you say, NEMMY.

Weather causes a pass rusher to hit his arm as it was ****ed to throw?

I was looking at the other 3 games and thinking.. Man.. The only team the Pats haven't played in the SB are the 49ers..

The Ram - Twice.. The start and end of the dynasty
Seahawks - Can't forget the Malcom Butler Int..
Bears- The Bears dominant defense for the ages..

It would be freaky weird if it was the Rams again..
Agreed. I think the Rams likely win against Seattle...

Hey NEMMY, weather played a factor. The ball is harder to grip, and the oline was not playing as well. That increases pressure when playing an elite pass rush and the top D. If a ball is harder, wet, and has ice/snow on it, it takes a lot less of a chop to knock it free. A numb hand in sleet, snow, and cold also has less grip. Any fool can figure that out. Well, not any...

I am picking rams too. We’re probably in the minority and i understand as Seattle has been lights out lately, but the rams were about to sweep them until their st **** the bed and let them back in game 2. I don’t see it happening again but it will be close. The Rams haven’t played a really great game in a while either

The 3rd and long was much worse.
They had 15 3rd downs. 2 were 3rd and less than 7, 8 were 7-9 and 5 were 10 plus.

Average game during the regular season was 12 3rd downs 6 of them less than 7 yards, 3 7-9 and 3 10+

So we faced 25% more 3rd downs (because we weren’t gaining first downs on 1st and 2nd by being more conservative)

But while typically 50% of 3rds have been 7 or more yards, yesterday 13 of 15 were 7+.

Also on the 3 TD drives we only faced 3rd a total of 3 times.
Making 1st downs on 1st and second and pushing the ball downfield are the keys to our offense. We strayed away from it most of the day.
Fair points, thanks for the stats

Agreed.. Stafford to Nucua is a problem for defenses.. as Nucua really is a TE that plays WR IMO.. if we played rams.. double Nucua and make adams beat you..
Seattle's defense will come for Stafford but Stafford is a smart veteran that gets rid if it quick..

How can you say it’s not accurate if you agree with it?
The part I disagree with is that we bacame dink and dunk when we have been dink and dunk at times. Its a regular part of the offense, sorry I did not make it clear.

I’d much rather play the Rams. So I’ll be rooting for them. That aside, the Rams can certainly win that game. They know each other very well. McVay will figure something out.
