Oh my god, this is not difficult to understand. The Patriots are not a running team. They are the NFLs 1st or 2nd best passing team.

I hope they don’t agree with you. Maye is going to get crushed and the Pats will lose if they do.

It's gonna drop to 2.5 soon i think, people will take the Texans +3
Definitely will see some movement right now immediately after the game. Sharps come flying in on Saturday if that drops to -2.5

I'm thinking a low scoring game for this next one. Maye will be ready to make enough clutch throws to win it.
Steelers had a few chances for big plays down the field too. I think Maye can hit a couple of those. I doubt we'll get as lucky as Pittsburgh did with the ball handling issues Houston had. It really comes down to protecting the football. If we win the TO battle I think we win the game

Have to prepare to play a bruising game. A trick play here, a trick play there. Gonna need to protect and help the tackles. Defense is going to have to ball out again.

Im getting teary eyed watching rodgers leave the field one last time after a humiliating playoff loss
Are you serious? He's pathetic. I can only hope he goes on another "retreat" but this time for good! Unfortunately I imagine he will likely become the next HHS when RFK steps down.

His pocket awareness has been inconsistent imo. Not the worst, but closer to the worst than the best. He makes a lot of late plays but could do better recognizing when a play is over. He hates to pull it down and take a sack.

This is misleading. Prior to last night, Maye fumbled only once since week 9. He was strip sacked by the Ravens. Other than that, he hadn’t fumbled since the Falcons game. His early season fumbles skew the numbers. Maye has progressed as a QB since then.

I think you had the wrong perception of his tears.

You can argue until the cows come home but the Chargers defense is NOTHING compared to the Texans.

In any way, shape or form.

LOL! Yes, I get it. You use stats when it suits you, but when stats don’t fit your argument, it doesn’t mean anything.

He literally posted an entire list of stats showing how they’re comparable.

Maybe you can find a Bills forum where everyone will agree with you that the Pats suck? I don’t know what your goal is here, seems like it’s just to troll… Let’s try to behave.

Yeah they are not comparable. The Texans defense is on another level.

Their total defense is on another level. Their pass defenses are comparable. The Texans are a complete defense. You can run on the Chargers.

Not even remotely the same quality of defense last year.

Largely same players. Just got better at the run. When you're already a top passing defense but middle run defense, improving your run defense to the top 5 literally just brings everything else into place.

You said he's never seen a defense like this, and I'm saying it isn't as different as you may believe. Texans don't really do complicated ****, they're simplicity. He's seen it before and played across their big names. They're still the Nickle-lovin' team they were yesteryear. They cleaned up on the run defense which sealed up their ppg ranking.

That was a brutal walkoff.

Steelers fans screaming at him to retire.

Did you honestly hear that through your TV or just assume it? It looked to me like they were cheering him as he left the field.
