No. This game honestly didn't matter too much in terms of the division. The division depends on winning the last two games of the season (because they're both division games, and would have a better divisional record than Buffalo, since they lost to Miami).
If we win next weekend and Buffalo loses to Philly do we clinch the east?

Oh, by the way, where are my "Too Much Mack Hollins in the offense" people at?

Come on, don't be shy. Career Season at age 33.
People wanted him cut to give playing time to Polk and Baker in the summer

Drake finally answered the people who say that he isn’t clutch and cannot get a come from behind win with a stellar fourth quarter performance. He also got his first 300 yard game. Congrats.

Still concerned about all the injuries. Luckily they are playing the Jets next week. They can afford to lose some guys for that game. It looks like most of the injuries tonight won’t be into the playoffs type of injuries. At least I hope.
I wouldn’t call it “finally” since he has had very few opportunities since he plays so well early he doesn’t need a comeback. 10 straight wins by building a lead so you don’t have to come back is better than needing comeback wins.

So many highs and lows in this game, where does one start ? I thought we would lose , than I thought we could win and back and forth.
Great game for Maye, facing adversary and being able to come back like that, this is what Champions are made of, glad to see him do it.
Injuries were again horrible this game, none more important than Trey. Hope he is back soon
The worse- The goddamn refs again, I can' t believe how one sided it was, it has been like this ever since Herr Goddell has been the commissioner He does not want the Pats to be successful again so soon but the team overcame that BS and still prevailed!!!!!

Fantastic win , I think the best this year !!
Maye threw that clutch throw to Boutte. They interfered and the corrupt refs didnt call it but Maye proved he can make the winning throw when it counts. Maye is a champion! We picked the right QB!

And we still have the money for free agency too. I wonder how many players are seeing the Patriots play on prime time, with an emerging star QB and a playoff team, and will now give the Pats serious consideration if the money is close?
When do we need to make a decision on Boutte and Gonzo?

I can see the obsession hasn't ended even with the win.

Be happy. I told you they would win while you was running around saying the results didn't matter because the season is already a success!

I forgive you.
lol. You’re so obsessed you’re confused, cuz I never said that.

I get it that you’re too excitable to control yourself and think straight. No prob here, just hoping you’ll start letting that optimism keep you from posting negativity and then doubling down on it when others don’t agree.

It makes for boring TV though, which is why national media only talks about comebacks.

Hollins is having his best season since 2022. Got to give the guy credit. He's doing everything this team needs him to do..

I also noticed that they've been pulling him off in favor of Williams on some running plays. Don't be surprised if the Pats do a play-action and hit him in stride on a seam route in the play-offs.. Similar to what Henry does after chipping a defender.

People wanted him cut to give playing time to Polk and Baker in the summer
Not really true.
People who saw Diggs, Boutte, Douglas, Williams as the top 4 WRs felt WR5 who would be inactive most of the time, should be a developmental guy instead of a guy at the end of his career

When do we need to make a decision on Boutte and Gonzo?
After the season, although Gonzo they just have to pick up his option, they don't necessarily need to do the extension right away.

Boutte is a FA after next year, so they'd need to hammer out an extension to keep him from hitting the open market.

It is finally. I am not blaming him. I feel many times they have “robbed” him of a 300 yard game by getting too conservative in the second half of games. There has been several games this year where he he had over 200 yards in the first half and then under 100 yards in the second half But that isn’t on him in most cases.

How many ****s you figure I give about that?

This one was for us.

Not the this game doesn't matter our season was a success already weirdo crew

When do we need to make a decision on Boutte and Gonzo?
The team is guaranteed to pick up Gonzo's 5th year option this spring.

Boutte will be a free agent after 2026. It would be nice if the team locked both of them up with extensions this coming off-season. But, the player has to want that as well.

How many ****s you figure I give about that?
None. Nor do I. I'm just providing context as to why so many people seem to make it such a big deal.

It was the most blatant PI that wasn't called. And it was a catch as well.
Catch didn’t survive the ground, looked like Boutte was stunned and lost it then the ball was batted away.

Boutte is a weird one. He makes awesome, clutch plays but he's not exactly high volume. Hopefully that lack of volume will keep him relatively inexpensive.

When do we need to make a decision on Boutte and Gonzo?
Gonzo needs his 5th year option exercised by early May. Other than that, the team can sign them both to extensions as soon as this season is over.
