Like Dugger, the less responsibilities and less time, the effective they were when they were on the field. When Bill/Mayo forced them as full time or getting more time is when they got exposed.

That was without Williams and Tonga. DL ane CB are the strength of the defense,when healthy.

LB and S AND CB could all use some depth and an infusion of young talent. But none is a major liability right now.

The above positions need quality depth, especially at both Outside CB & Slot CB where we have Zero of it.
