I figured out how to solve this long ago. If two teams I hate are playing each other and one of them winning would benefit the Patriots I don't root for that team, I root against the other team. So I'm not rooting FOR the Steelers, I'm rooting AGAINST the Bills.

Same thing with a guy like Sidney Crosby. Absolutely can't stand him, he's a whiny dive artist who embarrasses me that he's a world famous representative of my home town. So, when he scored the game winning goal in the 2010 Olympics to give Canada the gold medal I just pretended it was another guy named Sidney Crosby who only plays internationally. It wasn't the pouty lipped **** who plays for the Penguins.

Deluding yourself can be beneficial.

Anyway, bears being #1 overall in the NFC is wild. Ben Johnson doing a great job.

Bears are very similar to the Pats.

I wish NE had that RB from Rutgers that Chicago found in the 7th round. The Bears have drafted some damn good RBs.
