To honor your post, I think the yards will come. They want him to focus on low-risk (most of the time), high-% throws to wide open receivers.

Keep in mind hes "only" throwing the ball 29 times a game and they are running it the same amount. Def trying to stay balanced.

you are right. it is a meaningless stat.

at the same time, why be so bloody uptight? so hyper-focused on just the W that you can't relax and enjoy the positive things that come with being a competitive team...

time to enjoy the ride we are on... so for me, it would be nice to see ... ymmv
