Patriots Are in the Top 10 In Scoring

Said all summer this will be a top 10 offense and a playoff team.
People told me I was crazy.
You’re not crazy.
I predicted 10 wins minimum.
We’re on our way.

Funny how when I said this would happen in the summer no one believed me
I literally predicted this in August.

I took a lot of heat as well predicting at least 9 wins at minimum or the season was a disappointment because of their additions, schedule and the league was trash. The league is worse than I thought.

Pats have a shot to be 7-2 or 6-3 at the halfway point of the season.

The offense is 9th in points scored per drive.

The defense is 8th in points allowed per drive.

There’s a lot of improvement to be made across the board, but this is a good team.

Agree, I actually said anything less than playoffs would be a disappointment.
The schedule is a big advantage.
If we are a “9-8 team” against a league average schedule we will win 11 games.
I’m starting to see more than 11 tbh

the N.O game looks a lot different if the Pats were able to push it in from the 2 yard line on 1st down. 3 penalties in a row ruined that.
most did say over the summer the offense would be fine, if;
Maye took that next step. he did
Diggs was healthy, he is
Campbell was the answer at LT. he is

Your Defense must rank high as well. If it does those are the numbers of a Superbowl caliber team.
This team has all the raw materials it needs to forge a Lombardi. Just a question of beating the teams in front of us.

Exactly my thoughts when I was considering my predictions, plus the addition of a real NFL coaching staff.

Clearly the QB is doing so well because of the support of the defense.

Some fans on Facebook are predicting 12 - 5.

Just 3 more losses.

Its all about the points.....we had a defense...

NO
Maye is the hero of more than one game. It is the unexpectedly good pass protection that has given Maye a chance to be the ONE.

The Defense is playing very well, but nowhere as good as I expected. They are imprving and will continue to improve and THEN be the support needed to succeed (along with Special Teamers.

I was thinking the same thing. Only potential loses are Buffalo, Baltimore and Tamp Bay. Maybe even Atlanta.

They are all potential loses if we play poorly, and we see week in and week out better teams getting beat by inferior opponents.
One game at a time.

Every game is a potential loss.

I view these games as, for the first time since 2019, porential wins.

Interesting quarterly trends - or the lack thereof - for many of the other top offenses as well, with the Bills seemingly having a strong finish and the Colts doing surprisingly well, in the drivers seat for the bye

That being said, if not for a few key plays against the Saints, let alone the Bills, we don't have the record we do, and not because of the Offense.

I'm sure they're as wary of a trap game as we are but I would think this top ten trend will continue with 6 games against 0-6 and 1-5 teams in the coming weeks. Lets see if the D can batten down the hatches and really come together over that same stretch.

Get to the playoffs healthy and its anyone's trophy

If you ask me, he's wisely "acting like he's been there before"

Good to see either way - I'm sure he'll be jubilant later in the playoffs!
