Buffalo is tops in the league against the pass, but I’m sure getting gashed in the run game has skewed those numbers.

It’s pretty simple really, stop the run and run the ball. Our run D numbers are misleading, we haven’t been dominate against the run as our numbers would suggest, maybe because aside from last game teams have been passing on us much too easily. Getting Gonzo back last week was huge.

If we let Cook go off, really decreases our chances.

Josh is great and can certainly will his team to a win if Cook is ineffective, but if both Josh and Cook are producing it will be incredibly tough sledding.
Similarly to us where the passing numbers allowed were skewed from the first 2 games of the season. Since that point we've been holding teams under 200 yards passing.

Darn, Chaisson has been one of those under the radar good signings from this offseason. Not sure if his loss will be felt as much in this game. Seems to be better at pass rushing, but I am not sure he would be as effective with Josh Allen though.

Keep Cook contained and keep Allen in the pocket, play tight man coverage with Gonzo, Davis and Jones.
Rush 3 and flood the middle of the field. I believe if Allen has to run more than he has to throw it's a winning formula. Flooding the middle takes away the running lanes for cook and takes away where Allen wants to go as the outside is locked down by gonzo and Davis.

I am not expecting the Pats to win Sunday night but I am hopeful.

A disastrous Pats performance may be a set back, but I am not expecting that either.

With Maye’s emergence the Pats are ahead of schedule, and if they beat the Bills in Buffalo, then the Pats have arrived and the rest of the league will take notice.

Agreed. Stinks Chaisson is out.. also I've been unimpressed with white really. Rather see what Ponder can provide instead. White and Jennings will likely see more snaps. Ponder should be active to provide depth.

Most NFL people will tell us the bills are the better team and they are the favorites.

For some reason I can't explain it this team feels like they are going to go into Buffalo and leave Victorious. It's just a feeling...

That's what I'm thinking. This shouldn't be much of a pass rush game from the outside, get our pressure from the interior and just have our stout outside guys keep contain. Getting your DEs too far upfield against Allen is a killer.
From the looks of how the coverage and promotion is for this game you would think the bills are being handed superbowl rings Sunday night..

This patiots team and organization still has some pride, and I believe due to how propped up Buffalo is being put they feel disrespected. I want them to play 60 minutes with that underdog mentality.

IMO this game is going to be on who has the ball last.

Bills are favoured big, and rightfully so.
They have been around the top of the league for a long time.
They are paying at home.
And they have arguably the best player on the planet (I think he is).
That said, this is not the Pats of the last 3 years.
We have a stud QB in the making.
An infinitely better O-line.
Coaches who...actually know how to coach.
We have a chance if we play smart and disciplined.

Obviously, a small sample size…

If we go by some of most important positions pats have the edge at CB, and STs, coaching.

Like we benefited from for years with Brady. Buffalos OL are average players elevated by Allen and Joe Brady's Scheme.

Bills have the singular edge at QB wich of course is huge! I agree 100% with you. However as BB always used to say. 4 games gets you nothing in the NFL.

It's a long season and teams like Baltimore, KC aren't going anywhere and are still forces to be dealt with.

Right now Buffalo is the top team in the AFC rightly so.

We had the NFL in a stranglehold for essentially 19 seasons... we've had some down years and win or lose the patiots are on the uptick.

Give Vrabel, Josh and this current staff with Allen last season they win a championship. Coaching makes a world of differences.

That defense is vulnerable. They try and make offenses go down the field. Ten or eleven plays. Ultimately hoping the offense makes a mistake. The run game will be huge. But if it's not working, will McD allow Maye to go toe to toe with Allen. TD for TD?

Patriots aren't holding the Bills under 24 imo. It's going to be on the offense.

I wish we would bring back the dynasty uniforms, should of just left it alone.
I'm not sure what Bob was thinking making this look the primary look when it wasn't very popular in 2018.

I'd say Pats fans are the most divided on their uniforms. The 2000's were an unnecessary change from the 90's and there are fans that thought the 90's uniforms were an unnecessary change from the original uniforms. However, the media has mentioned during the off-season the organization is finally aware most fans don't like the current look.

Good analysis - expecting a "moral victory." The mature Josh Allen just too good, with too many weapons and a massive O-line with a great RB.

The Bills rank 4th in fumbles forced this season (6).

The Patriots rank 31st in fumbles lost this season (4). If you remove the outlier game, they are the best in the league with 0.
