Their starting RT is out. Lundt the 2025 6th round pick is filling in on the 2nd most valuable OL spot.
No, another UConn product is filling in at RT for Spencer Brown.

Ryan Van Demark had a very solid game in only his third start. He's guilty of giving up a sack to the Saints' best DLineman Carl Granderson who was in a wide 9 technique. But really that was the Bills QB's fault for not stepping up. He had plenty of time anyway.

The Bills are very solid. RB Cook is excellent. Obviously stopping him is key. They ran a lot of gap concepts. Which is out of character. And all of them were with Allen under center.

They have a fun group of TEs. Third string Jackson Hawes, a rookie, is an excellent blocker. Coleman the second year WR is running better routes.

Poor LS and Dorian Williams a LB sucks big time. Doesn't have his head screwed on right. He might see himself benched for Shaq Thompson.

The Bills are treating the Patriots with respect. They think highly of the QB, the defense, and the RBs.

Marcus is in line for a contract extension hea a captain an all pro STs returner he's absolutely fine in his role here. I'd hate to expose him to unnecessary offensive snaps. So I agree with you. The drake to Diggs connection is definitely gaining steam.
There may come a time where the NE offense needs a spark.

Like this Sunday night. Getting Jones the ball out in space wont subject him to any more hits than special teams.

Seems pretty clear that Pop's role has diminished with the addition of Diggs. I'm hopeful that Kyle Williams can carve out a role soon. His ability to get open quickly should be beneficial in a quick hit slip screen type of play.
Pop could be adjusting to the new offense too.

Well he isn't sitting out STs, so every hit he would potentially take on Offense is one more hit that he would take.
If we need a spark, a 60+ yard punt return will do just fine.

The premise if for Jones to not be hit

And to score.

Buffalo has won 13 straight at home.

8.5 is too many points though.

Jones was inserted on offense because there was no better options during those putrid offenses we had. While I like what Jones can be scat back/ jitterbug type role. He's better suited where he is playing now.

We have a real OC and options on offense. Don't feel like Jones really is needed in that role when we have Henderson.

Agreed, other than the 2nd half vs the raiders our offense has had no trouble moving the ball. the main issues preventing us from scoring 13-17 pts per half have been ball security and borregales missing a gimme. And the hope is they only get better with time.

Maybe id save him for a clutch situation as a wrinkle the defense wont be ready for, we haven’t been good in those. End of Miami game we couldn’t get a first down that would have iced it and end of Pittsburgh game we got stopped.

The Pats offense thus far is all on film for defenses to break down and take elements away if possible.

Marcus Jones being absent from the offensive film causes defenses to react slower because they have not prepared for him. They usually react slower because they have to think about what is occurring. Furthermore, it would be just 1 more twist in the NE offense that teams down the schedule would need to spend time looking at it.

Stevenson's fumbling may not be done yet. I certainly expect defenses to go after him to get the ball loose.

Pop could be adjusting to the new offense too.
A Third year player struggling in that respects: I have no hope for him. Hope Pop proves me wrong.

It happens.

Some players prefer the way it was and never adapt to the new scheme.

Exactly keep Marcus Jones on Defense and ST's: play Kyle Williams more.

I'm just surprised a guy with his Quickness he can't find the hole in the zones. I'm glad Maye doesn't like throwing to him: nothing good comes from it. Zero catch radius and clueless when running routes: a recipe for an Int.

Not sure why everyone hates those unis. They look almost angelic. I liked the white raiders unis back in the day as well. Then again,,, i always hated those ugly "powder Blue" unis the chargers sport,,, and everyone loves them. If one wants to talk distracting ugly look to the dingy Lions retro or those god awful bumble bee Steelers unis. Now that I can understand the hate.

I don't know about others, but the last thing I want my team to look like are angels.

Actually I'd like Patriots to look like Patriots, Bills to look like Bills, etc and these uniforms don't achieve that.

What they do achieve is getting people to reach for their wallets just because they're different, so mission accomplished.

Spend away!

I dont think MJ is playing on offense. Vrabel was asked that question and his answer was “We’d consider anything that would help us win or score points, certainly,” and when pressed further he said “We consider everything,” Vrabel said. “Again, we’ve got a lot of guys that are producing over there. We’ll see where that goes and how it translates.”

He isn't tipping his hand but the way he said it in the video and his demeanor makes me think they aren't looking to use him on offense currently.
