I don't see a LOT of trade value here, frankly, but there's no question a lot of these guys are dispensible, particularly if the team chooses to emphasize potential and youth over "proven experience," which is what I think a team which had fallen as low as the Patriots had ought to do. The team should in general think long term. I would place comparatively little value on "winning this year." Win what, a one-and-done trip to the playoffs? Who cares? I don't. I want the team rebuilt, and that calls for a longer-term perspective (and for the abandonment of such quick-fix boondoggles as the Diggs nonsense). So trade away your proven mediocrities - for younger players with upside if you can find them - but I wouldn't expect any kind of big haul, given the quality of the goods you are going to be peddling. Most teams, I suspect, will just wait you out on most of these guys, hoping to pick them up later, cheap, off the scrap heap.
