Goal 1. What we need to do to win the AFC east in 2025?

The only reason they are a 5 time division champion is because the Pats dynasty dissolved and the current league is the worst we’ve ever seen. In fact, they’d be fighting for a playoff spot yearly if the dynasty was playing today. I also already explained it in my prior post. GB owned their division for years because there was no competition. Bills rarely had threats as each team imploded. Every year media fans looked at GB and now Buffalo’s records and think they’re good while ignoring the roster and who they played. Both teams got what was coming to them once they faced better competition and it became real in the playoffs. Bills are never going to win anything until that roster gets better offensively and defensively.

Don’t ever compare the Bills to the Pats rosters. It’s not even close and an insult to those players.

It is what it is. Our 4 impact players are these three plus Barmore.

You think that Maye's 2024 performance indicates that he is currently a top 15 QB. One can hope that this will be the case. But this is all hope, not yet backed up by anything, at least IMO.

Sure, Maye makes a difference to the team. All starting QB's do.

I think that the article was identifying our current top 3 players. IMO, that does not yet include Maye. As I said, I would add Barmore before Maye. But we are quibbling. I would have Maye as #5.

We are pats fans. We consider our Offense a top 10 Offense with a top 15 QB.

Perhaps, we could understand that some reasonably believe that our Offense is top 20 at best, and even that only after they work together for a time.


My personal guess is that difference makers on Offense in 2025 will be Henderson and Campbell. But that assessment is one of a hopeful fan.

But there was, haha. Plenty of times you could see DB's shading over only to see them somehow slow down just enough to not quite get there or even worse blatantly pull up. I can't be the only one here that remembers riding opposing defenses for it. We were a vocal bunch in Billy's Cement Bowl

I got a kick out of the DBs that would hit the ground. That was the worst option because Hannah wanted to punish them.

There was a time that fans could be compared to Jets fans, but that time went away many years ago. The Jets lead is now insurmountable.

We need to have a QB that protects the ball. Apart from last year's debacle, that has been the team's downfall since TB. Cam and Mac didn't do that. Maye still has to prove he can do that. We know he has the arm and mobility. The jury is still out on play recognition, anticipation and awareness.
