So $120 million a year for burrow and his two wide receivers.

I really loath how QB/WR focused the league is right now. I can't see the Bengals ever having a defense that is going to take them far in the playoffs.

I saw on Twitter from Bengals fans - "now all we need is to find 2 or 3 mega studs on defense in the draft and we will be back in this!"

Okay, sure... because that is just so easy to do

People are mocking the Bengals here while the best player in our whole offense is Rhamondre Stevenson
I believe the only thing they are mocking is the % of cap in three players.

Just wait until their LT holds out because his salary is like 15% of Chase's

I’m probably forgetting, but isn’t that how the Colts lucked into a Super Bowl win? They had a couple of solid defensive pieces on rookie contracts.

Cap is absolute crap if you have a remotely savvy FO and an owner willing to spend. Embarrassing to laugh at the Bengals for spending on offense as a fan of the team with the worst offensive roster in the NFL.

Yes, that's it from the old days. Now we have rounded fence posts.
My son had a steak out that way once and he said it was the best he ever had.

There is a new highest-paid defensive back in the NFL. The Houston Texans have given Derek Stingley Jr. that title as the two sides have agreed to a massive extension, inking the former first-round pick to a three-year, $90 million deal, CBS Sports NFL insider Jonathan Jones reports. That also includes an eye-popping $89 million guaranteed.

I saw a tweet this morning saying that DK Metcalf wanted to go to the Steelers because "they made me feel confident they'd get the right QB"
The Steelers have been doing okay with next to nothing. If they do get a top QB look out.

Watch the Bengals Draft a WR in the First or Second: I wouldn't put it past them.

It's impressive. But also, they're stuck in that limbo where they're never going to be god enough until they tank and draft a QB.

I personally refused to listen to the doubters when mayo was hired. I didn't take in account just how much good coaching mattered and what it takes to become one. Mayo not having to go the course of say Vrabel vastly impacted his ability to be a good head coach. I was wrong. I'll never underestimate the value of coaching again.
Ditto.
