Bengals hired Montgomery as D line coach. Already hired our O line coach. Guess we are about to find out if they both sucked, or of Jerod Mayo really was that bad.

IMO it was Mayo, injuries and bad moves by Wolf. I think Peters is good OL coach. We will see.

I feel peters was just put in a bad spot and the play calling left too much on Oline plate. Quick dump offs and screens and QB runs could have created some pauses for teams which were looking to rush 4 and overwhelm the line. And yes the talent was atrocious. That's on wolf. Hopefully This year is better with strange, onwenu, Andrews and Robinson as core linemen and lowe and Wallace as backup linemen. For all the hate Lowe gets here I have a sneaky feeling he would gradually improve and get his second contract here.

McD has been updating his play oak since he's been out of coaching, he adapts just fine.

I think that the answer is yes.

Josh should and will provide input on any hire that will report to him. That being said, Vrabel should and will make the choices.

MacDaniels ran the same system his entire career as an OC, it would be a surprise if he didn’t run it.

Based on what? This was his first time being the main OLC; and his men as a unit were the Worst in football.

I'm surprised the DL performed so badly here, because Montgomery has a ton of experience coaching DLs. He & Bicknell were by far the most experienced coaching their positions than anyone else was coaching theirs.
