but the money difference, and maybe Johnson will accept the 10 mill or less to coach Drake.
rumor was that last year he wanted 15. I cannot remember where I saw it or if its true.

Guessing Johnson is doing his other 3 interviews.

People keep saying Vrabel has the Pats by the balls. Well, they do have Johnson and thats not a bad alternative. People saying he might be Gase. I doubt that very much if he is smart enough to put good people around him.

Look at the offensive weapons that Detroit has. I'd like some of that same players here.

3 other teams also want Johnson and he may want them as well.
As long as we end up with Vrabel or Johnson I will be very happy,

Media is hyping him up for no reason. We'll see if the Pats fall for it.

Him and Gase are poor comparisons. Gase had Manning who was a HOF QB prior to him taking over for McCoy who was another fraud. Johnson has Goff, the most scripted QB in NFL history. Goff will never be a guy who can take over games himself from the shotgun and sling it all over the field like Brady/Manning, etc..

Their GM has killed it Madden style.

I do wonder if all the Vrabel is a lock reports from the Boston media etc...if BS much like the Mayo is getting another year even though we could all see that it wouldn't happen.

I’m torn with Vrabel we hope to find that Patriots magic.
With Johnson we are officially shutting the book on Belichicks Patriots and we are new in Johnson’s Vision.

I am absolutely torn.
Don't let Mayo ruin a good thing. As long as the candidates the best one we can get then go for continuing the magic.

Adam Gase got his reputation made by lucking into Peyton Manning choosing the Broncos. He'd done nothing of note before, nothing since.
Ben Johnson is a completely different situation.

Your 'people are saying' as if it's not just 'you saying', is some clever phraseology though.

Nope, nice try though. Someone or multiple media said that.

Pats are hell bent on holding on to Wolf and the rest of their incompetent front office and also their giant egos demand anyone they hire “take a discount”. Vrabel should tell them to pound sand unless they cough up the cash and clean house 100%, which they refuse to do. Johnson, who I definitely prefer, might accept working with this trash front office for his first gig, but he would also be dumb to do so. This will be interesting. Vrabel is not a done deal, due to the Krafts overinflated egos and legendary cheapness.
