Tavai: “Booing fans should know their place”

The only solution is to hire a new HC with a spine (Vrabel works) who will come in and dump 80% of this roster.

Keepers (15 players):
Drake Maye
Bryce Baringer
Christian Gonzalez
Marcus Jones
Anfernee Jennings
Ja'whaun Bentley
Jabrill Peppers
Joe Cardona
Brenden Schooler
Pop Douglas
Hunter Henry
Mike Onwenu
Cole Strange
Christian Barmore (if he can play)
David Andrews (if he can play)

Everyone else can kick rocks, for all I care.

Dare I say I love the Cleveland angle?

Every day there is something new that it is deteriorating this awful period...
I have always loved this team but in this moment i feel like a different situation

Only with Mayo fire and Wolf Covington too i could return in peace

Mayo and the walk back culture.

The classic non apology « I am sorry you were offended » while the only guy that was offended was Tavai.

Hopes this guy get booed out of the stadium on Sunday

So Mayo calls him into his office. I wonder what he said since Tavai basically doubled down on his comments.

He apologized to anyone he offended, but, "If they're fans, be fans. Be like, you know, support us. They've supported us throughout worse seasons, but don't be a critic."

Holy ****, this is almost as bad as what he said the first time. He is continuing to just say "Don't boo; only cheer. Support everything we do, always. Never ever criticize. Know your place!"
The only 'worse season' they've had was 1992, and that's the difference between 2-14, and 3-14.

Tavai wasn't even ****ing born yet.

I well remember those days. And sadly, it can not only get that bad, but it can get worse (the team could eventually get sold and a new owner could move it out of New England).
Franchise euthanasia /emoji sarc

I hope that in addition to chanting "Fire Mayo" they add to the chant "and Tavai don't let the door hit you in your ass on the way out"! Or a simple but succinct "**** Tavai" might work as well.
Maybe one section shouts "know your place" and other shouts tavai... In synchrony could be more fun than the games itself.

He said he would "keep that conversation internal".

Time to hand out the end of the year Participation Trophies.

Inventive. I like it.

What else do we fans need to focus our energies on right now?

Can’t say I agree with him since we are the reason he has a job. Dude got paid millions to be on a losing team and is *****ing about the product HIS team put on the field. That said, for whatever reason, pats fans are glad to boo yet are quiet when they should be cheering. Always quiet in foxboro unless they’re either booing or blowing someone out which hasn’t been done recently as u all know.

This team becomes more unlikeable by the ****ing day...Mayo has empowered these ****ing idiots to speak "their truth"....they can go **** themselves for the most part...or go off and have cocaine and hooker party with Jabril Peppers or a happy ending massage with Krafty Bob

My opinion, as an outsider… firing Belichick was the worst decision this franchise has ever made.

Should he have been removed from GM duties? Yes.

But he was and is an amazing coach.

The biggest problem I have with this is this: Jahlani Tavai Contract Details

Jahlani received $7.5 Million in 2024!!!

Someone making this kind of money has no idea how painful it is for some of these fans paying well over $4,000 a year to sit there and watch this crap game after game. As Ross mentioned, these fans have paid all this money these past two years to witness 2 wins! 2 win!!! So basically, fans paid >$4,000 per win over these last two years.

Shut up and play Tavai.

Paper bags this Sunday.

Hopefully The Kraft Group made them.

They've won 2 home games in the last two seasons.
When, exactly, were they supposed to be loud? Also, IIRC, they were pretty ****ing loud when Jacoby hit his miracle throw to Boutte against the Jets.
